Damien and Eskimo Joe - wow, I really wish I could see this now!  It's funny, but I was watching an Eskimo Joe clip yesterday morning and thinking that somehow they had something to do with Damien. Ah, my Damien sixth sense is developing nicely.  |

UPDATE
I got an email from a buddy who is ordinarily not an Idol fan at all (to put it mildly) who was at the awards ceremony who said that Damien "performed brilliantly" (no suprises for us there I guess!).

Way to go Damien. Converting the non believers  I think alot of people are surprised that Damien actually came from "Idol" because his experience and talent does tend to show through alot more than some of the past winners or runners up. Idol definitely gave Damien the exposure he needed but I think he will definitely be able to stand on his own 2 feet |
