As I vaguely recall, D's odds to win idol began at $40:1, then dropped down to $14:1 about 6 weeks out then dropped, then in the finals were about 3:2, but behind Jessica. I won $300 on Damien winning  but then I only found out about betting in the last weeks when the odds were getting lower, and I didn't get to bet on the day when the news leaked because I was at the Opera House already... |

*shudders* my phone bill was a multiple of that ... yeh, I just tried to place a bet but my accuont is down, will have to wait till I get back into my office. of course by then the scouts will have read this page and dropped the odds. You watch.

They have got to be freaking kidding. Who in their right mind would want to waste five seconds of their life voting for Lily Allen?  EXACTLY!!! .. i mean Lily Allen seriously!! I cant believe jay z is the same as Damien, he should be last!!  ...thats just lame!!. But yea Dede your prob right. Yes... Jay-Z and Stephanie McIntosh being put on any sort of level with Damien makes my brain bleed.  I would personally say Teddy Geiger is the only big competition for Damien in the new artist field, and only if his overseas fanbase is voting. He didn't make it that big over here yet. As for Justin Timberlake... no, I'm not even going to comment. |

I've just posted a new tutorial in the Graphics Alert Forum. The tutorial explains how to make your sigtag or banner clickable so that it will take you to a website, in this case the MTV voting page. Just want to quickly say that I do vote when I can, but I cannot compete with the daily tally competition because I just don't have the time to put in the number of votes, I can't post in the secret thread because I don't have the password, but just to let you know I am doing my little bit although I don't know what difference it's going to make.  |

(...and I don't think the others are a patch on D either, but then, I admit I'm prejudiced...!) |
