OMG! OMG! WOOT! WOOT! I'm so excited! I was laughing and crying at the same time! So funny!  How good was the Final tonight? I think it was the best yet!  Congratulations to both Damien and Jess. Damien you will make an amazing Idol and Jess I'm sure you'll go far and I'll be surprised if somebody doesn't pick you up as a recording artist. Watch out Sony BMG! A massive congratulations to all families and friends of these two amazing Idols, if it wasn't for you encouraging them, we would not have seen such two amazing people and for that I thankyou! I decided that I'm gonna wait till Tuesday and then go to the shops and buy the single - that way I get to publicly be seen supporting Damien

I can't stop crying I'm so happy Damien has won!!!! A big congratulations to Damien. I never had any doubts he would win. I thinks it's the only time in my life I've ever been so sure of something lol.
Well done to everyone in here for their voting too - top effort!!

I can't stop crying I've been away all week overseas so I had to miss last week when he sang the last 3 songs but tonight I was going to cry either way thank god it was with happiness! I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!

Damien, you deserve it. Still got tears in my eyes. I was over the moon. This 47 year old man has had butterflies in his stomach all day thinks about tonights show. I'll be able to sleep now. Can't wait to get the single then the album. Bring it on.
