Only problem is some people may feel they are stuck on a level with Mark Holden.... What does he do in the industry again? It would be cool to then set aside 'Australian Idol' for Damien, then Eileen and Mrs Leith could have 'Backstage Manager' or something...? |

Yep...MH is a record producer but , then again, so are alot of really cool people! I'm not sure if D's 'label' should be Aust. Idol...'cos he's going to go alot further than AI...I like "Maestro" ('cos this has a whole lot of respect in it) or "maestro extraordinaire" but...just thought...we should ask one of our Irish Damienites to get us a beautiful, respectful, musical title in Gaelic...? ? ? ? Backstage Manager is good Or "CEO Leith Inc." |

(none of the above list are serious ) Not serious...but very funny!  I like "CEO" because it means that actually Eils and/or Angela are/have been the ones who are keeping the ship afloat - children, house, schedules,finances etc etc (hey...it's always the women ) whilst D is doing the "Artist" bit (and doing a damn fine job of it too, I hasten to add!!) i.e. their role is actually really hard, demanding and crucial to D's success (not just an 'add on' to D ...IYKWIM...) At the risk of appearing inflexible ...still like the Gaelic idea...afterall D's Irish-ness is an essential part of him as much as his musical genious and general nice guy persona... But - hey - I 'm open to the democratic process |
