I know why it's unfamiliar to me - I've had my own skin before Christmas and only changed to the forum one at Christmas... I wonder if that would that have made a difference? I'll experiment and find out. ... but then again, sometimes it's what in front of me each day that I don't really see! Lovely work Roxy Edit: It's coming back to me now! Yes... dunit aggiiin thanks Nuffy. Yes that is why you can't see the new banners, as you have picked one yourself to view. If you just click default, then you will be able to see the new ones as they are added.

Yes, MissE, we just don't know what we're missing! Actually, Roxy, the main reason why I changed to a custom skin is because I had to change the skin colour to allow the thread path to show. It's probably only me but I really struggle to read the orange colour on the light blue Is it possible to change the colour of the writing to something darker? Otherwise I'll probably have to change again and I do really like seeing these other banners

Marty Feldman had bulging eyes and was always some weird character in British comedies of the 60's to early 70's. He was the Igor, the hunchback assistant in the movie "Young Frankenstein" with Gene Wilder (1974) and filmed in B&W. He also did comedy with the Monty Python guys before they did Monty Python. hmmm, my eyes don't bulge that much though...

I'll keep it in mind though about using the orange text in future on skins I did actually lighten the text before Ozbrats addition to the banner went up too

I only just noticed now that it's hard to read. Normally I find it easy to read because I know what it says anyway, but it isn't actually that clear. Could the blue used for the bit where it says the page number and "search" and "bookmark" also be used for the text? That would be easy to read on the light blue background. But then the orange text on the black background would have to stay, because blue on black would be hard to read. Unless that comes from the same setting, then it wouldn't work. Anyway, I'm sure the mods will be able to fix it.

I 'think' nuffy is referring to the text below the ad and above the forum text ... as in ... Sorry to not clarify what I mean, I've been off on holidays ... Thanks Oz jr. That's exactly the line I mean. I often post in the wrong thread cause I have a few tabs open and it'd help if I can see the 'thread paths' . Thanks Roxy, I'll hang in there till the change I love these banners
