Awwwww, a song to Jarvis. Nice. I wonder if it's going to be in the new album?

That was a lovely little ditty! Shame I missed the first song on the show, but Song for Jarvis certainly made up for it...

SQUEEEE!! Did anyone catch the name of that song?! Sooooo happy he is performing his own songs on appearances now...feels like a good transit from Idol to singer/songwriter. I'm getting quite excited now that we may be hearing new material on the tour?! And I really loved this song - a little bit folk/ grass roots...and I just adore that (to me) his voice sounds so wonderful when he sings his own compositions

Awwwwww... I really hope that song makes the album. It'd be a perfect ending track, especially recorded just as he performed it there. Wasn't there a discussion somewhere on here about Damien possibly writing a song for Jarvis?

That was lovely! I hope Damien includes it on the new album. Another terrific Monday morning TV performance from our man: now it's time for the live gigs.

And that he doesn't rely on the falsetto gimmick for no reason, because those notes he was singing just then were gorgeous.

I wouldn't be surprised if that is the new single. It certainly was a lovely song with nice lyrics.

Wasn't there a discussion somewhere on here about Damien possibly writing a song for Jarvis? I was thinking the same thing! It sort of reminded me of the final track on Coldplays XY...a beautiful. simple song performed in a stripped back way. Fantastic way to end an album I'm very excited about the new album....bring it on

That was a lovely song - so glad that I managed to find my "Damien" tape in time to press record (I miss the his first song due to chauffeuring duties).

awwww - I managed to catch NOML at 7.50 but then I had to leave for work, so I missed the second song. It's got me really curious and sad I missed it - I guess it'll be up on the web? The close up on his eyes during the first track - nice thing to wake me up after an uncomfortable sleep (such a hot night last night!)
