I think the states which have the AFL footy show at the normal prime time will be ok.  In NSW we have the NRL footy show about 8:30 I think then the AFL one late at night about 11pm or so, which is when we would have seen it this week except the golf is on. Qld will probably be affected too I think. |

OMG NO!!  my son always watches the AFL footy show and the bl***y golf is on, don't they know how important this particular footy show is  . Thank heavens for gj  hhmmmm Damien live from the golf sounds great ;D ;D |

Daughter just caught an ad for The Footy Show with D as the highlight. I NEVER watch footy, or any sport for that matter, and don't appreciate SN but will set the harddrive timer cuz not much would stand in the way of me getting D saved for prosperity!  |

THE Footy Show's Sam Newman has been spotted prowling the streets of Fremantle for his Street Talk segment which goes to air from Burswood tonight.
Newman was spotted by PerthNow reader Daniel Beaujouan who snapped the controversial former AFL player in Fremantle.
The set and equipment to stage the Perth show left Melbourne straight after last Thursday's show.
The Footy Show will be broadcasting out of the Burswood theatre at the Burswood entertainment complex tonight at 9.30pm on Channel 9 and WIN.
Nine claims it will be one of the biggest shows of the year with 2200 people in the audience.
Tickets sold out within 15 minutes.
Action from the night will be captured by eight cameras with a production team of around 60 people.
The panel will include Garry Lyon, James Brayshaw, Sam Newman and Trevor Marmalade, Billy Brownless and Craig Hutchison who are all in Perth for the show
Music acts will include The Androids and Damien Leith.

wooohooo! This is a big night!!  I'm an AFL fan, so this is very cool with me!! (although I'm not a Sam Newman fan) Damien and the 'Droids again!! Hope his voice is OK  |

Of all the nights for them not to show the AFL show in Sydney! And for once I'm at home on a Thursday night to see it too. Ah well, lol.

God the show is having audio problems (message on bottom of screen also) -- hope they are resolved before D comes on --- I assume he will be on end of show ............

Just announced that Damien won't be performing on the footy show tonight, his plane has been delayed in Adelaide & he won't make it.    Adelaide  ?? Ooh quick Kath to the airport |
