Oh no Hyp, that's a shame. She was probably so looking forward to the concert. Hopefully you will be able to work something out so that she can go.

Actually no, she wasn't. She was alternately embarassed that she'd have to stand around while we drooled over teh Idol or planning to embarass me by yelling out stuff like 'Damien sucks!' and 'I love Mark Holden!' It was a bit of a worry - you girls are a lot more sensible Plus I think my mum's a bit sore that I wouldn't go see Kelly Clarkson with her, so she didn't go. I still say my sister should've gone

$77 dollars each!? That's like $300 for me and my family, without counting the ticket I want to use at Sydney. Why are they so expensive?

Last time they were so much more affordable. It sucks.

Neski, thats why I can't take Dale and the kids. Can you imagine $77 x 7? So it looks like I will stick with two shows. Wollongong and Sydney I think unless I can budget a little better in the next month or so. Damien is definitely worth every cent, I don't doubt that for a second

Oh god, good point Carla. I don't think Mum and Dad will go - Laura maybe, but I highly doubt it. And I've got my formal dress to save for - GAH money crisis!!

That was the price of the tickets at Swoon City last time plus I think the booking fee. I did notice that some of the venues last time were cheaper for the tickets than Swoon City was. I wonder how much they will cost at the State Theatre?

I think that's right Braffy, I remember the Swoon City ones being about that cost.

CHPRSL and Doylo (I think) tickets for the TWJ tour were $50 each and I told my Mum we should have gone then because the concerts are only gonna get more expensive as Damien gets more popular.
Oh well, maybe I'll be allowed to go this time and just get less Christmas presents this year or something. This tour is sure to be better than the last one because he'll probably be singing more originals.
Gotta do what Damien does and not get my hopes up though, in case I don't end up being allowed to go.

We'll chaperone you Spud. Oz was planning on kidnapping me instead. Kidnapping is illegal. Chaperonning you is very moral

Oz was planning on kidnapping me instead. Kidnapping is illegal. Chaperonning you is very moral I know, but Oz just thought kidnapping me would be more fun.

I have just checked out the website for the Canberra Theatre and found there is no mention of Damien appearing on Friday 19 October. I have sent an email asking for any information they have and will let you know when I receive a response.
