Not only is this the final of the season, it's also the final match of the Commonwealth Bank Trophy ever. New trans-Tasman league next year. The semis are being played now. Melbourne Phoenix won the first semi against The Melbourne Kestrels 68 -42. Second semi now on ABC 2 between Sydney Swifts and Adelaide Thunderbirds.

Damien at the Netball grandfinal, how exciting, ours is a netball mad house, both my daughters play several times a week, one of them in premier league, and my son also plays on Saturdays. We will definately be watching this.

Lol I was a Goal Defence for a long time......you need pointy elbows and springs in your shoes  But just think of all the females who will be able to see, hear and enjoy (and want to hear more of >>>>New Album ;D ) the talented Mr Leith   a great venue.....hope they do show some of the prematch entertainment  . Lol, Biffy  and Trilly are cheerleaders  You're welcome guys! dmac I used to be Wing defence, used to enjoy that a lot! And the funny thing was they always used to make me an umpire the rest of the time because I wasn't interested in playing the competitive weekend rounds, just at school for sports. The irony of making me the umpire - when I had no clue what the rules were!! No one seemed to care, I just blew the whistle for appearances sake - no wonder they didn't care, they were probably getting away with murder |
