bwhahaha..how could I forget??   Gawd, it was COLD!!!!!but sooo worth it!  This is part of the AFL LIVE celebrations at the Square...the crowd will not be just Idol fans, it will be AFL fans too, hence the huge numbers. Sooner we find out the time, the better.  Who's up for a camp -out?   I'll be in on that too, I was planning on getting there at about 5am, I could be there for a very long time. hahaha |

OMG, I've missed this thread. lol I've been visiting the Appearances And Concerts Organiser for updates but there hasn't seem to be much. Anyway I've also found out the time from the Fox. It starts at 12pm and you can win front row tickets by texting in "Idol" to a number which I missed.  I've also posted this in the other thread. ;D ;D |

I've also posted this in the other thread. ;D ;D Hey Jenny, The phone # is 1999 1019, but you have to wait for the announcement from fox to sms your entry, and you can only enter the competition once. the competition closes on Monday 24th, I think we are gonna have a bit of trouble wih this one, are they charging entry? does anyone know. If they are giving away front row tickets, I don't think it will be free somehow!  |

I just found this Australian Idol's Live Wednesday, 26 September Federation Square, corner Swanston & Flinders Streets 10am onwards - Interactive fun football activities 12-1.30pm - Live concert on stage with the final 12 of Network Ten's Australian Idol Doesn't mention Damien at all  and then I found this 12pm-1.30pm: Final 12 of Network Ten's Australian Idol, including performances from The Young Divas, Dean Geyer & last years winner Damien Leith. The 12 Finalists will be signing autographs from 11am. Hosted by Andrew G. |

I know they did sing at the grand final last year, as my DH and my daughters all work there. My youngest daughter actually spent the day with them I do have Photos but not sure if I have the video. The pic on my Siggy was taken at the grand final last year. |

I've just read on the Idol site that they are doing a live cross on Channel 10 at 9am from rehearsals. They are doing signings from 11 and the performance is at 12. Looks like it's a good thing we are going early!! |
