Louis Walsh - the Irish producer who may be the true object of this song - has been sacked from the X Factor, and is reported today to be planning on writing a tell-all book in which he plans to slam Simon Cowell. www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,4-2007120482,00.html

No he wasn't on X Factor - the story goes Louis Walsh (Talent Manager) did speak to D and his family band Leath about record deals etc.........but it ended up going nowhere.......

I just have to add that the song "Fool" was not written about Louis Walsh, Damien had actually written it about the industry in general with sending demo tapes out etc and getting knocked back, but it is a misconception that the song is just about Louis Walsh....just wanted to clarify that

Louis is good at bad mouthing others. Beginning to think that's all he's good at. It won't do him any favours writing a tell all book. Enough people already dislike him for the way he treated Ronan *when he fired him * and Damien now Simon. I think someones a tad insecure Hmm fired twice *actually I think there was another artist that "let him too* he needs to relise he's the one with the problem. Maybe he needs to write the book to get more money now he's not on x factor but I'm sure he's still getting enough from Westlife while doing nothing for it. [/rant]

So this is Damo's Grace Kelly? Just wondering, does Eileen do back-up on this song? It sounds a bit like her, sounds the same as Come To Me, and she was involved with his gigging I think. Who was in Revelate with him at the time?
