It's so cute how he wrote a Song For Jarvis. ;D Yeah the "from those lips..." etc bit is my favourite too I reckon. The first time I listened to it, my Dad was there and he said "Who's that singing? That's a really good song!" or something along those lines... so true.

Okay I was bored so here are the words as I hear them -- let me know of any changes
Song for Jarvis
From these eyes knows no disguise, sees me as summer and rain Down by the drop where tomorrows got caught opens up all the bound doors
And I say you can’t always tell that beggar from the thief, but you know That I love that about you Don’t let this life take it away
From these eyes knows no disguise, sees me as summer and rain Won’t waste a time on worries and wine coz that’s what the older folks do
But I say you can’t always tell that beggar from the thief, but you know That I love that about you Don’t let this life take it away
But it seems to me not everything is how we planned it to be And in your eyes sees the new born skies and all I see is that same thing in me
From those lips those untrained whips nothing but songs of cheer Knows nothing of lies and the fear in your eyes and nothing but songs and cheer
And I say you can’t always tell that beggar from the thief, but you know That I love that about you, yes I love that about you Don’t let this life take it away Don’t let this life take it away Take it away

The first verse sounds a bit strange GJ but I think the rest of it is pretty much spot on. I can't give you any other alternative for the first verse by the way. don't be bored....be voting!

I can't tell exactly he is singing in most of that song, but I get the general idea and it sounds good. Thanks for the lyrics gj, even though we don't know whether they are right. I've been wondering what the word was after "you can’t always tell that beggar from the", and now I know (assuming you are right).
