The music video of Damien Leith's next single, 22 Steps, will be shot in Brisbane, Queensland during the first week of June 2007. The video production is being undertaken by 50 50 Films, which previously shot music videos for Powderfinger (including the DVD based on the footage from the 2 'Live on Vulture Street' shows at the Sydney Entertainment Centre) as well as another Brisbane based rock band, Small Mercies. Couldn't find much, but here are some examples of 50-50 Film's work: - - Small Mercies' Innocent (this song is released soon and has been used in some Prison Break advertisements] - The Butterfly Effect's One Second of Insanity (the opening bit reminds me of a Travis vid) - The Butterfly Effect's Crave- Gerling Get Activated

Haha, I watched the actual video clip and the bit where D walked through the door was so funny! I really don't know why it was though.

Well ok, i watched the video and that was the first time I had heard 22 Steps.
It's quite an odd feeling though, it is mesmerising, i couldn't take my eyes off it and i didnt want to stop listening, but I will admit it isn't what I expected. I think once agan, it is the studio version of the song that is put onto the video, like NOML was, and I dunno, it just didn't have that total D feel to me.
I'm sure I'll get used to it, after all that was the first time, but yea. The overall plot of the video is nice, it's simple and its got that sense of wow and wonder in it that makes me want to keep watching to find out what or where else he is going to go.

The live versions are good -- a little more falsetto I think .......

I thought it would take a while for me to get used to the song but I liked it straight away! I listened to NOML afterwards and thought "what a crap song". Lol but only in comparison to 22 Steps, and only because 22 Steps is new but I've heard NOML hundreds of times.

I would have heard NOML at least 1000 times and I still love it. I have heard 22 Steps close to 50 now (from the computer - not the radio (still 0 there). I am still getting used to it. NOML is the better song for my liking - at this stage.

I still love NoML, never liked Jess's version but loved the way Damien did it. I still haven't heard 22 Steps at all, but from the snippets I've heard, I just love it so far, I know I'll love this one, from what people are saying it sounds like
