It was actually less excruitiating than I thought it would be - better than Eurovision! It seemed to get better and better - except the Phillipines Idol wasn't as good as that guy before her!  I was flipping through the other acts dragging the slider, but I stopped spell-bound when I saw him, even though I've seen it that many times! He was giving me smouldering looks through the pixels!!! *swoon* I'm glad they picked Crying, it was one of his best performances! It was good to see him in a global context too - the others were surprisingly good, though Indian Idol didn't impress me much.  They couldn't hold a candle to him though! ;D Good to see some Damien fans showing their support - even if it's not serious! |

haha the singapore idol reminded me of Ricky only he was actually better than Ricky Although some of them were good I think Damien could easily win a world idol. Have they had them since Guy was in it or has Australia just not entered? It would be great publicity for Damien ;D |

That WAS excruciating for me for most of it - particularly Malaysian Idol - blurrrrrghhhh!! "Will my love come back to me - only heaven knows, blah, blah blah....." Then the Damo came on and there was much relief! Then the Philippene Idol was very good also, I thought.
And I now don't even think that version of "Crying" is Damien's best performance of that song

Thing is..if this actually happend..Damien would totally kick ass. Those other people aren't NEAR as good as him.

I totally agree with you lol, i was impressed with some of them actally, but Damien stood out from them all  Im just totally gobsmacked at how many countries actally do idol...I never expected INDONESIA!!! I do indo at school thats why i was like OMFG |

I actually saw some of Malaysian Idol performances through IDF and most of them were painful in the ears!!! Neeway, Damien sure kicks their asses! Hey hey now, don't diss my country lmao! They have have had three seasons of Idol! I gotta say that many aren't that spectacular... though I'm loving this guy named Judika, the runner-up of the second season  . Lemme see if I can find his audio... |
