They're fun remixes and I'm okay with them purely for the fact that I think Damien is somewhere in there, buried under all that weirdness, but thank goodness they're not official. Is anyone else feeling incredible relief right now that Come To Me is the B-side of the single, and not a remix?  |

Wasn't Jess supposed to get a remix if she won? I don't like when they put a remix as the b-side. A bonus track is much better ;D

Ok, I was brave and listened to it again, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. It just wasn't what I was expecting to hear (who could've imagined THAT?), and for what it was it was well done. I hate that type of music, but because he did it, it was ok-ish. His voice is high-pitched anyway, so it didn't sound over-manufacture.
But for some reason, when I heard it the second time, it reminded me of Cher. Scary.

As if Eileen would let him out on the street in that get-up! The hat and jacket perhaps, but not the g-string leotard and fish nets! I think Damien's voice is high, and Cher's is deep, so they kind of meet in the middle, and I don't know much about techno & dance music so when he's remixed it makes me think of the weird, distorted bits in Believe. I think that's the logic. Or maybe I'm just scared.  |

Like Mark won't get off Idol, even though I hate him! Arrrrgghhh!!! Someone hit me over he head with a shamrock! I need to listen to Nessum Dorma for a while, or perhaps the live version of NOFL. That's the prblem with this type of music. It tries to worm its way into our minds and take possession of our souls!  Where's my musical crucifix, aka mp3 player? |

Thanks for the heads-up ahto, just had a listen. And I'm with you hyperrune, he sounds remarkably like Cher!!
Remix's are not my thing, but I've certainly heard worse. The remix of Callea's new song for instance.

I think its really weird...sorry 2 say..but i only like it and listen 2 it coz of D's voice... i like the live/studio versions WAY better, but i can still listen 2 it..
