While we're on the subject of outfits, did anyone else think that The Young Divas must have been dressed by Supre? Oh well, I suppose cheap and tacky fits their musical style (profuse apologies to any YDiva fans out there).
Casey Donovan's hat was too small, and that's about the nicest thing I have to say about that.
Andrew G's silver suit was predictably awful, as was Mark's outfit - in fact Mark's only saving grace was that his hair was so awful that it directed attention away from his suit. What was going on there?? Was he trying to go the metro look? He looked like a deranged nutcase on day release....more so than usual!
Kyle was the best dressed of the lot - and it pains me to say that.

Personally my favourite look was a green-kakhki army-style shirt with badges on the shoulders! Phwoar!

Aaah...the end of an era! This is the final "bring teh pretteh" from the official site! Now most of you are well familiar with these remaining photos, it really just to complete the archive on this forum.... ..so come with me down memory lane...*shpooky music*  I was completely unaware there was a mystery 13th member in the finals...I believe her name was Lola, apparently a showgirl...  D practices his stripper moves, using a footy scarf in place of a feather boa.....  The first, the original....Black!Shirt!Of!Hawtness!  Was this the birth of....the stubble?!   In all honesty, this shot is here for the pants   so many on the couch....  The top 10 practice their victory poses...and hope they can perfect them in a couple of months time.....  The photo that launched a thousand icons....    So many idols, yet I only look at one ;D  Love a guy who loves his music   Aaaaaw   Its a cough...its a sneeze...no, its.....Elton John!!  Mmmmm....shop store mannequins!  oh, the tension!  All by myself..... yay kids, lets dance! [/cheese]  Sing it with me kids..... ceeeleebrate....   cheesetastic ;D  Cheesarific! ahhhhh winter!! I adore your slide nights!!! The cheesetastic stuff was great, wasn't it! And yes, I think Creep WAS the beginning of the stubble.... purrrrr.... GRAND FINALE PRETTEH!!Oh yes, totally agree, the BLACK SHIRT OF HAWTNESS! Love it! I think that and the Nessun Dorma outfits were my favs, though I loved the shirt of the announcement moment, did you see those little threads on the ends of the collar? They intrigue me.  Nice pattern on that shirt too! And those patterned pants - lurve them too! Lol, I have to add my own commentary to your first pic winter   Damien & Jess, happy to escape by any means (even if it's a haycart) from the nutter who nearly fell into their car while staring at horses *just the dream way of meeting your fav star, isn't it*  ok now is the PERFECT place for me to tell the one story from the night I had yet to tell. Sitting around the campfire dearies? Winter, because you and I had been talking ad nauseum in the week before about the GRAND FINALE PRETTEH and how you were pining for a suit for the red carpet (to the point of building shrines to Hugo Boss  )... ... what do you think happened when by a miracle I saw D in person in his red carpet outifit up close and realised what he was wearing! Instead of thinking of witty and wonderful things to say, all I could think was "OMG, WINTER will have a fit when she sees this hood - but it's pirate - but she doesn't want pirate for grand finale pretteh - omg, but it looks good - it's strange, yes, formal pirate hoods are strange - but in that Damien way of being strange yet great. On no, she's going to cry! But there's a tux jacket, she'll like that... yes - I should have been sparkling and saying marvellous memorable things BUT I WAS THINKING OF YOU AND PIRATES AND GRAND FINALE PRETTEH!! |
