I got the Big W Catalogue in the newspaper today, and on the front page was a big pic of Damien's cover pic on TWJ - yes, they are selling it for $15. ;D Maybe he might get back into the Top 20 next week?
And, I think Sony might be disappointed with the sales for Jess's CD: they might have expected it to stay in the Top 10 for longer.

I wish they would release Sky as a single. It is my favourite song and I'm sure it would sell well. Its to good a song just to be left.

I am thrilled that TWJ has gone up. Imagine how much it could have risen if it had been on sale at the concerts. Big marketing boo boo if ever there was one. I lent my sister my TWJ CD/DVD yesterday. She hasn't seen or heard Damien other than NOML. She has been told to guard it with her life. She was amazed that I even contemplated lending it to her since she knows how precious it is to me. Maybe we will get someone else converted ;D

UPDATE EDIT

ARIA report arrived today 20/3/07 - NOML is down from #50 to #66 after 16 weeks in the Top 100 overall singles charts.

State by state breakdown of TWJ sales

NSW - up from 25 to 24; Vic/Tas - down from 23 to 25; QLD - down from 22 to 23; SA/NT - steady at 22; WA up from 21 to 18.

Here's a thought, why not just turn the CD around on the shelves and make "Come to Me" the new single release ha ha.

I agree with you Dede. Sony should now be marketing Come To Me, it's a sure bet for #1.

Damien has confirmed today that the single release is indeed 14 May. Not sooo long away now I guess.
