Sounds like you all had a fantastic night, and D and Eric were in top form  Liking the sound of the setlist, it's really mixed up ;D Winter I loved reading your report and it sounds like you have the D-Lurve running through your veins!  and yes.....kill the Echo Guy  haha Trilly, so glad you enjoyed Hallelujah, it is awesome to hear Damien sing that live. awww Poor D, will be away for Jaggers birthday, I'm sure that was a hard call for him to be away on the day, poor thing.  |

Kath I was just thinking the same thing - I am going to two RSL venues and was thinking I really should have book for one of the smaller venue - I loved the atmosphere at The Vanguard - but I tend to get lost in my own little world at concerts so the atmosphere and D will be great no matter where I am. ;D Thanks for the reports girls  - I really hope that D will sing "Time in a Bottle" at same stage ( hopefully at Revesby or Dee Why ;D ) Winterlong, I agree about Crying - I hope the full version will end up on a future album  |

Hi guys! Tonight was just amazing! Damien was hilariously funny and happy, the food, ambience and company was excellent, and he sang like the total star we know he is! Eric was phenomenal, and his violinist, Indie, was lovely!...snip... I'm wondering if Indie the violinist is the same Indi (Star) who played with The Live Room? Oh wow - what an AWESOME set list!  So excited now, can't wait till it's my turn.  The only changes I would make if I was writing the list would be to replace Everybody's Talking with If, and Danny Boy with Alone. And I'd add in TLWB acoustic. And for a final bit of I'd replace La Bamba with Summer Of 69 (acoustic).  Ooh, the violinist from The Live Room? I love the violin parts in Petes' Sake etc on their album. Should be good seeing her perform with Damien. That's a shame that Damien's going to miss Jagger's first birthday. If only they could have all gone with D to Vic. |
