hey guys!! I'm going to the show tonight, with my mum who'se also a fan, but we were wondering if there's any way of meeting Damien? We've both been fans since Aus Idol and been to a show before, but we've never met him.
and what time should we get there? like when do they open the doors etc?

Nobody, I really don't think there is any way of meeting Damien. George was telling people last night that he wasn't coming out, and although he spoke to me, it was just luck really.
Last night I think they opened the doors about 7:30, but all the seats would give a pretty good view and there are some that are raised up a bit too.

I really enjoyed reading all your report Kath and the venue sounds so great, beside an original 1800s building! So many of the venues this tour have been so nice, it's great when major artists do these lovely intimate shows with an appreciative crowd & and everyone can really hear their voices so well and see their expressions, nothing beats it!


That's exciting about Kiss hopefully being added to the set if it's also travelled to Perth and Adelaide? And wow a spontaneous Nessun Dorma as well would have been amazing, Damien played guitar as he sang it?! I can't remember him ever playing as he sang it before, that would have been a fabulous moment. Great to hear Eric's still on tour with Damien, there are so many magic moments between them when they play, their rapport is lovely to watch.

Have fun again tonight and nobody I hope you enjoy your special evening as well

No, Shims, he sang Nessun Dorma unaccompanied, just used the guitar to give himself the note.
And Eric is going away after this, so won't be at any more shows I don't think
