I am just grinning from ear to ear reading this thread....! ;D HOW FABULOUS!! What a wonderful time you had, and how exciting to read all about it!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us Kazza, now you know why we all love him so much. Not only a voice to die for (or at least send you into Teh Coma!) , but the sweetest and nicest nature to match...and I want to know how the heck he can possibly remember us like that?! I didn't see him for a whole year, but he still recognised me....which totally shocked me. He must meet thousands of people, and so many devoted fans among them....what a phenomenal memory he has! I would think that anyone who actually hears him sing and then meets him personally becomes a fan for life... And Kazza....what a lovely night for you to remember. over the " sex on legs" comment...betcha Damien blushes if he reads that one.... PS. Kazza, did hubby really like him too??

Kazza, I forgot to ask you....Is there a tour programme too.? If so, how much is it and what does it look like? I bet it isn't as good as our tour programme, but then again, if there are lots of pretteh in it then it will be damn good

Thanks Carla, I have another question too. Kazza, how long was the line for signatures? 20, 50, 100 people? Any idea of how many CTW's were sold? Sorry to be a pain in the b*m

Even if people have one they may be tempted to get another... But hopefully there'll be some info about Where We Land. I really believe WWL can be one of those sleeper ones... just because not many people have discovered all the individual gems in it... anyway, off-topic, sorry. Poor Kazza, the pressure for tonight (don't stress! but we'll be up )... Thanks for last night's recount. Thinking about your funtarstic reaction and the show and Damien has put a big smile on my dial and there it's going to stay all day I think ;D

OOPS I POSTED IN THE WRONG SPOT BEFORE
Hi all
Wow Wow Wow - Brilliant - The Best - a Great Entertainer is Damien
Exceptional performance by Damien just as I expected last night at Penrith. I could have listened to his brilliant voice for another 10 hours. He has so much fun with the audience too.
Eric, the guitarist was brilliant too.
He sang many of the songs from the new album plus Hallelujah (wow), The Night of My Life, All I want is You, Crying (with a lot of audience participation too) and 22 steps (more audience participation). And of course Danny Boy (wow wow).. well we were at an Irish club, and it was essential as Damien told us.
I have a tonne of pictures to upload later. I wasnt as close to the stage as at Revesby but still some good ones. I even took a lot of movie shots with the camera, particularly with his antics and stories in between songs. Not quite sure how to load those and Ive never added on to YouTube.
What a line up for the signings.. Finally I got to meet him and it was good to be able to congratulate him on all his achievements. I admitted that I was totally addicted to his music!
I tell you all, if you havent bought a ticket to his upcoming shows.. do it.. you will be so thoroughly entertained.

Hi Rivers are you going tonight as well how good was he,just remembered a blush moment ,someone yelled out to take it off so of course everyone joined in and with that Damien says oh I don't think you want to see "it" then realised what he had said and was like I don't mean "it" just meant we wouldn't like looking at his white body.I have just been and had photos developed I blew one up of him and I to an 8x10 so he can sign that tonight hopefully, sorry no one home to show me how to do photos till tomorrow hopefully River will get hers on for everyone to drool over. P.S I didn't sleep a wink and I still can't wipe the smile off my face, hubby thoroughly enjoyed it too. I am having trouble logging on the home page just keeps reloading anyone have any tips on how to fix it. Kazza
