Nuffy yes I shut my eyes for a moment and woke up an hour later It still took ages though but not to worry, got there in the end I really love the ebb and flow of the shows - the mood changes constantly, it's always an adventure

I can't even say how much I love Damien's performance here, the funky beat, the little dance moves, teh!black!suit!of!Suaveness!, the smile that breaks out just before that spot when he changes the words , the VOICE, ahhhhhhhh why am I even trying to explain, just enjoy enjoy

Oh Shims, I LOVE it!! The dancing around...but most of all, the big GRIN where he anticipates the response to "I've got a perfect body, I've got a perfect soul.."...what a ham!! NOT to mention the ladeez in the front who gave him the big response!

And do you mean to say we are going to get MORE dancing moves?
At this rate, we will be seeing Damien perform on "Dancing with the Stars"! (heck, he would have my vote, even without opening his mouth to sing! )

I am remembering now something else Damien said to us....he commented that when he was singing "Danny Boy", and got to the bit "The pipes, the pipes are calling..", someone's mobile phone went off and he had a bit of trouble holding it together because of the timing of the phone call. You can hear the phone ringing and see his reaction (just) in the video.

OMG Christyl how funny the timing of that, with Danny Boy and the pipes (even though a nightmare for a phone to go off in a concert! But isn't Damien great the way he goes with things when it happens, all those years of experience )

Would LOVE to see Damien using those dance moves on DWTS, we can only hope!! His new moves included a little sideways shuffle dance with his guitar, he seemed to be getting into it & throwing in dance moves through the show at Lizottes, I love it when he dances as he plays, he seems so happy in his music

I am working on a video here of "Beautiful" as well, I also kept waiting for Indi's part which I love but Eric and Damien do such a lovely arrrangement even so, and OMG the notes Damien was making at the end, he seems to have added a sort of extended vocal ending to it.

lol, I loved that smile too when he was about to say "I've got a perfect body", anticipating the reaction. Was just so brilliant, ahhhh I am still During the show I was watching and thinking, OMG, this is just heaven, take it in, take it in while you can. Now it all seems like a dream!

I remember now that is one of the things I posted in my first report - the one that got eaten

It was so funny when Damien was telling us afterwards he said he didn't know whether he should stop and answer...as "the pipes the pipes were calling!"

It is different to hear Beautiful now without Indi, but still so stunningly gorgeous. I can't watch this without tears in my eyes, I know I say it every time but I've never heard Damien sing so beautifully, he is absolutely perfect here.

I can't remember him extending the ending like this before, his voice is absolutely soaring at the end and even at the time I was overwhelmed with how amazing he sounded and to be so close when he was singing like that, it was breathtaking!!

Damien once said he hoped he would write a classic song one day - I think he already has a few times, and this one for sure is one for the ages, one of his best
