Shims, The firemen actually held out their arms and said "Come here and get a pic taken of you between us!" but chicken here said "noooooo....!!!" ....Didn't think the blood pressure could stand it, quite frankly....
They were really nice guys, too... very funny and witty. We chatted for quite a while because one had been living in Mackay (my home town) the last few years, and was mourning how "commercialised" it had become....(Mackay? Commercialised?  riiighhhttt......) Cute, real life heroes...AND nice guys to boot....*sigh* lol...I just remembered, Damien had SUCH a case of "bed hair" when he first arrived...so much so that some assistant was trying to quickly tidy his hair up because it was a bit TOO casual....  |

OMG they TOUCHED teh BED HAIR???!!!! Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! If we had all been there and seen them try that, there would have been a riot, lol of girls screaming NO, OMG WHAT ARE YOU DOING, DON'T TOUCH THE BED HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!  |

Just found this thread! Hehe, my first thought was "He looks like he's angry at his collar!" Looks like the sun was a bit glarey - but it resulted in a lot of eyelash shots!   |

 Gees us Chris, what are you trying to do to me? All of your photos are exquisite but this one in particular could feature on a magazine or CD cover. It is stunning! I personally love the Damien squint, it is so cute although he probably didn't appreciate the sun directly in his eyes so early in the day.  I cannot believe that you didn't jump in between those two firies for a cuddle photo! Lordy, I would have.  I don't want to talk about Damien and bed hair, it does funny things to my brain. |

Thanks for the pics Christyl- so many you must have had your camera on rapid fire! Nah, not at all.... Don't forget they were standing in front of me for about 30-40 minutes all up..... Myst, I am glad you like them, but I was disapointed on the whole...I so wanted to get some good pics to use in siggys, but the poor man is squinting in every shot. It was so bright, it really was cruel....I wouldn't have been surprised if they headed off with a headache.... I cannot believe that you didn't jump in between those two firies for a cuddle photo! Lordy, I would have. Thorn between two roses, Myst....  I don't want to talk about Damien and bed hair, it does funny things to my brain. |

great shots.. natural sunlight is the best light for photography no matter wat and as most of his performances are indoors.. this is just rare footage of Damien. thank you!!!!!!! the best one just has to be...  sorry about the full size. i got carried away and hopefully its ok to stay. |
