 Thanks for sharing the photo with us Team Damo and Carla. There's definitely an 'edginess' to the look the photographer's achieved. It makes Damien look more determined and either a little aloof or, just not as accommodating as before. He looks like he's got a job to do and he's moving on... But :-[the thing is, Damien so naturally comes up as the epitomy of the "gorgeous sweet guy next door"  (even in our candid photos) with his lovable smile that it's sad to think he might be dropping that warm 'n fuzzy image (I'm so shallow  ) So I'm telling myself to be brave and embrace the changes... he's still a sweetie in real life!  The new photo really is a compelling image.  Not so pretteh but definitely a man's man and that's very schmexy  oh nuffy...I'm loving your analysis!!  ;D  |

I'm liking your thoughts Nuffy.They've made me look a little closer too.  I'm also seeing "So, you think you know me? Come take a closer look. I just might surprise you." I kinda wish it was just mono though...but that's just Trills and her greyscale obsession. bwhah! |

Lol I thought my post was lame which was why I deleted it , but so far 2 people have quoted it. Funny, Shims quoted it at least an hour after I deleted it.  I'm assuming this pic won't be used for either the single cover or album cover? They don't normally put the pics they're going to use out there this early do they? No they don't. ;D |

Sorry Spud, I didn't even realise you had deleted it, it was still there when I had that page open but I had probably gone off on phone calls etc as often happens before I wrote my reply. But there you go, not lame at all, I thought it was a very good post!  So looking forward to seeing what the album artwork will be, love all these gradual revelations that come with a new album  |

 siiiigh of relief! Having seen the bts video of Damien's new album I can see the marketing gurus aren't giving away the image of wonderful, warmth that is Damien Leith How can anyone possibly separate that infectious smile and genuine laugh from the man?!  ... that's not to say I don't adore the serious muso attitude too ... siiiiiiiigh of contentment.

Nuffy and Spud great analyses and I totally agree. To me this photo is also saying "So you think you can sing, well cop this." I love how Damien isn't shy to pose for the camera yet he'd admitted that he's rather shy in real life. It's wonderful to see all of the various facets of Damien that the camera captures. |

That's my favourite pic from the whole series, I just love it - black suit of minimalist hawtness, Damien standing tall on top of things - it almost looks like he's on a metaphorical North Pole ( the cords remind me of the longitude lines disapearing off into the distance) and he's deciding which musical territory to conquer next. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  |
