I'm not sure if this is in the right place, or even worthy of its own thread.... but I'm an avid iTunes user, and am pleased to announce that on the morning of Damien's second day of sales, he has just entered the Top 200 song chart  TGTY is currently sitting at #197....good start D ;D |

Wow, I don't understand all that but it IS good to see that the sales are happening with very little radio support.

Braff, iTunes have a chart of the songs they sell, like a Top 10 wall in a Sanity store. Its an indicator of what is selling. After just over one day of sales and bugger all radio play, I'd say its great for TGTY to be registering already on that chart  |

That's great, especially considering there hasn't been a lot of promotion for it as of yet. THis is a great start and hopefully will keep climbing higher and higher.

TGTY is stuck around #150 on the iTunes chart....its been up around #120, but drops up and down! On Bandit.fm, it is sitting at #39. TGTY does not currently appear in the Bigpond Top 40. Sadly, I don't think it will move upwards too much without more airplay, radio or tv promo. It did not feature in the Top 100 radio songs last week, and is not present on any of the nightly primetime radio countdowns (even though we request it constantly). There were no live television appearances and I think just one brief live radio spot. There were some fantastic stories in the paper, but nothing is going to beat actually hearing the song. If no-one hears the song, no-one is going to buy it.....  Seeing that there are only 2 MORE DAYS of this Aria charting week (Remember its now Friday - Thursday inclusive), I don't think its looking good for a Top 50 Aria chart debut....  That being said, now that I've heard the mashup preview, I think I can understand why much of the promo is happening 'late' and seems to be very album-centric....Remember June is stunning  Don't forget to download from iTunes, Bandit.fm AND Bigpond today! ;D  ....and dont forget that MUSIC VIDEOS and RINGTONES count too! |

I haven't been able to make the trip to the nearest store that still sells singles yet however I brought DD a itunes card so she could download it - I think she said it was sitting at about 120. |

iTunes was cool but I am giving up with bandit.fm ... they cannot retrieve a 'password' yet they can send me emails ... will try bigpond:) I need more than one copy for my kids ... DD is heading South this avo and, has been instructed to call in at every music shop on the way to obtain a physical copy ... D cannot sign virtual copies |

Well, TGTY is still stalling around the #170 mark, going up and down like a yo-yo...as high as #120 on one hand, dropping right out of the Top 200 on the other. Radio play would be awesome right now That being said, under 8 hours after its digital release, Remember June has just debuted on the Aria Album Chart at #200  As Leighton might say......COME OOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNN!!!! There is a bonus track on the iTunes version as well |
