TGTY was released September 25...if FF is released on April 2, thats SIX MONTHS between first and second single..... That can't be right....what other artist releases new work on that sort of schedule?

That's about the same length of time that Damien usually has between albums.

It should have been released earlier and then the 3rd single, Golden Line or See You Again should have been released in time for the book launch. Considering Guys 3rd single has already gone to radio and will no doubt be available for sale soon. It is crazy that there has been such a gap in singles.

I can't believe its going to be 2 months before the single is available to purchase, if its not played on radio there is no hope of anyone except us knowing about it. I just hope Forgive Forget get lots and lots of airplay between now and then. I just don't understand what's going on

Agree...far too long for the release of the single unless theyre planning on selling albums instead.

According to Damien's FB page, FF is out now! He's using the single cover as his profile pic too, which is cool.

It now says on D's FB that the single is out in April. Maybe he read my post and changed it. Cool, Shims! Did you download it? Oh yeah, I read that about the Katoomba show, but assumed we already knew about it. I can't keep track of all these tour dates. Oops.

haha, yeah we do know about Katoomba, but just not THAT date spud! Isn't it strange that Damien will be in Perth for the book release and the single release? I would of thought he would be in Sydney so that he can do a book signing/show or something on the day. or wouldn't that matter? (not sure if this is the norm with all artists?), he may be able to do something in Perth instead. If he is doing anything at all that is. I didn't think to look at Itunes for the video, must go check it out now to add another one to my collection.

The physical release of Forgive Forget is only acouple of days away now. Really looking forward very much to hearing Plastic Man again (great song!) and the new song, Henry! PLUS a newly recorded version of Hallelujah on iTunes! Woop! New music, new novel. It's like Christmas! ;D
