My favourite quip about the naughty lollies was " Hmm fruity boobs, must be dairy products" Damien is such a wonderful sport and he went along with it beautifully ... the audience killed themselves laughing and we heard comments like : "Damien is such a great comedian! I didn't know he was so funny" all around us! ;D Hilarious!!

* MORE PANTING X 1000!!!!!!! * SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GOBSMACKINGLY BRILLIANT! Can you tell I'm in freakin LOVE! Sorry Damien, I'm not trying to freak you out but you knew you were smokin' at The Village Green!!! HE WAS BACK IN BLACK! And it was so hilarious because we were just talking about it earlier on in the day about how he never wears black anymore, and that we wanted him too. And then guess what...HE COMES OUT IN BLACK! Damien, you were HOT! SPRAYED ON JEANS! , Pointy shoes, New t-shirt! that said "Too fast" then something else I couldn't read, was hawt though! Then the Suit jacket at the start! Just like at Milanos, HE WAS ON FIREEEEEEEEEE This gig felt so...Irish! to me lol. Because It was so cute, when Damien, Eric and Indi broke out into the Irish Jig's, these two ladies (looked like Mother and Daughter) came dancing out from the back Irish Dancing!!! IT WAS SO AWESOME! Damien just loved it! ;D And also the last song, Hallalujah! One couple, it was there 16th wedding anniversary, came out and danced. SO BEAUTIFUL! And a Father and Daughter came out as well, omg just gorgeous I tell you Set list was again AMAZING! (Yelling out SYA still didn't work ) OMG! He sang DON'T GIVE UP AND STAY!!!!! Highlights of the night, definitely! ;D Lol, I remember when Don't Give Up started and Dawn yelled out "CARLAAAAAA!!! " She was so excited, it was so funny But OMG, I really think he did those two songs for us! ANDDDDDD ANOTHER OMG!!! Guess what!!! He is such a sweetie, He mentioned us to the audience. He said something along the lines of ... "I happen to KNOW these ladies! They're from Damien Leith Online ;D They travel around to every show, And they've been buying me presents over the tour ( ) " LOL! Awesome moment He was full of jokes like always PMSL AT THE LOLLIES! Damien thought it was all Innocent He looked in the bag and said "Oh, these look alright....hang on a minute...." When then obviously Laughed our ass off. "Fruity Boobs and Succulent Hard Willies!" Like Princey and Trilly have said Damien absolutely killed us of laughter when he said "Fruity Boobs, must be Diary Products!" LOLOLOL "And the Hard Willies, Full of Protein" LMAOOOOOO hahahahahahaha! Absolute, freakin CLASSIC! Got some lovely Group shots us us ladies as well Ahhhhh! There is so much more to add but the other girls have probably said it all so I'm probably just repeating myself DAMIEN = GOD

It was just the BEST gig, wasn't it Krissy? Your trademak squee could be heard for kilometers when he did "Don't Gvie Up". Even though you weren't feeling great you soldiered on like a trooper. Bwhah! We had softened D up for a surprise by giving him "biscuits...shaped like BISCUITS" and a bottle of Jameson's Irish whiskey on previous nights. He thought we would be ahem, ladylike and tame again...... NOPE!!! It worked like a charm!

Hope the others girls were impressed haha! I went nuts after Wicked Game/Irish Jig, because he actually Irished danced unlike at Milanos he didn't. So OMG! Bloody hell I squeed my pants off! OMG! I can't believe what we forgot to mention girls! THE GOLF STANCE! Hahahahaha! Damien and Eric were talking about how they were going to play some golf down here and then D got up from the Piano and showed us his stance! It was the hottest thing I have ever seen!

The way the tables were set out meant that there was a small dancefloor between the stage and the front tables x 10 ;D When the Irish jig started, Tania (one half of the 16th wedding anniversary couple) got up and did her version of a jig. Damien had a huge grin on his face. He also noticed two females doing the wheel (I think Trilly called it that) from the back of the room, down the side and across in front of the stage. It was so lovely to see. Everybody clapped them plus Tania. When Hallelujah came on, once again it was hauntingly beautiful and Tania and her husband Michael got up and waltzed. They were soon joined by another couple from their table. They were a father and daughter. Damien was caught up in the song and hadn't noticed them at first (head back, eyes shut) and when he saw them he looked shocked but in a pleasant way - a bit chuffed really. He made a comment about it and the daughter was quick to point out that it was her father and that she was single. We had been talking to Tania during the interval because we could see that she was singing along to every song and was obviously a huge fan. She mentioned how they had booked tickets for the Crown show that was cancelled and that they didn't know and they had driven over 2 hours to go to it to find it wasn't on. She said they were so disappointed but she was thrilled to have been there at the Village Green, especially since it was their 16th anniversary. Her hubby was enjoying it so much too. It was a fabulous concert. So much audience inter action. It helped that the 2 support acts were fabulous. The audience were mostly quiet and attentive when they were on, so they were quite pumped when it was time for Damien. They went wild with the lollies gift and the subsequent gags that followed. Lots of RJ was being sold. I have probably forgotten lots of things.....oh yes I have forgotten something. When Damien was saying that this would be the last song etc and he started playing Hallelujah, a noise came from the front table I Tunes, I tunes. Damien then remembered to tell the audience that Hallelujah will be available as a bonus track from I Tunes when they buy Forgive Forget when it is released in April. He is recording Hallelujah on Wednesday. It is still the best version around (even better than K D Lange's version at the opening of the Winter Olympics) I will add more if and when I think of the rest.

Okay some of my last post got cut out. So this is a continuation. It was lovely catching up with Braffy, Dawn and Carla my "Poker Face" dancing partner. OMG Carla, I hope D didn't see us. I hope your flights home were okay. When I eventually got on mine after the airport re-opening again, my trip home was a bit bumpy. The plane was rocking from side to side but I made it okay in the end. I miss Melbourne and not being with you all. I cannot wait for the day we do it all over again. Damien was absolutely fantastic on the two nights. and I will remember my experiences of both Melbourne shows I attended, always.

You're making me do this, Bella. It was brilliant that we could all be together for such a fantastic few gigs, and yep, The Village Green was magical for us in so many ways. I loved our neigbours too! What a lot of fun they were, and they seemd to really enjoy our enjoyment. Perfect!.. just like D, Eric and Indi.

Oh sorry Kris, it was great meeting you also. It was just too bad that you were not feeling the best. I hope you are okay now. I had to wait until Saturday night to hear for the full extent of "The Squeeeee" from you but it was worth it. I could hear it echoing in my ears hours afterwards. I hope I haven't missed anyone else out. I have had very little sleep in the last 72 hours so I'm a bit all over the place at the moment.

OMG!!!I HAD THE BEST TIME!!! ;D ;D ;D I reallllllllllly wish I had time to write a more full report but honestly, this show and this night was so amazing on so many levels. Gosh we all squeee'd and wooohooo'd and sang along and danced in our seats during the entire show and the after party was fantastic too! This is one of the best gigs ever, Damien was sounding too stunning for words and was so cheeky and looked gorgeous! Oh Damien...by the way... Your golf stance should come with a warning! It was just sooooooooooooo lovely to finally meet Krissy after 3 and a half years of 'knowing' her. Krissy hun, you are too gorgeous for words and thank you for being my sooky la la partner during Goodnight (at Milano's). Glawz and Nixter, you are both sooooo lovely and I love that we are all on the same wavelength. Thank you for making me/us (interstaters) feel like part of your group! Bella, Dawnie and Braffy, you guys are so wonderful and I always have the best laugh with all of you. A special thank you to Braffy for supporting me (well actually, putting up with me), on our turbulent flight back to Sydney. I was a right mess and Braffy and you were so sweet...thank you! Dawnie, you're a legend my dear! Bella, absolutely loved our Poker Face dance and yes D did see us but hey, we were enjoying ourselves because of his amazing show right? You are a doll Bella. Di, you are such a beautiful soul...I don't think I have ever seen you in a bad mood, you always make me smile! Trilly, OMG girl, what can I say? Could we possibly laugh more or read each other minds more? The answer is NO! Just had such a ball with you, always do....sooooo much fun and you are always so good to me! Princey...thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting us up and for all the running around your lovely hubby did...you guys are just both the most easy going, adorable couple and I really appreciate everything you did for us. In fact, I appreciate ALL OF YOU so much! I am not going to write a report about the show because you girls have done an amazing job with your reports. Thanks so much as it was so nice to read it all an relive it all! I truly had the best weekend and this show in particular was absolutely fricking awesome!!!! I just have one more thing to say... I am in..a state of..D ELIRIUM!
