Thanks for that Braffy. I changed it. After having days off work I am losing track of what day it is.

It is very common for that to happen. It throws your inbuilt calendar out.

yay!! Am going to this one after all ;D The lovely shims twisted my arm ...for which I was especially grateful! Looking forward to hearing the latino-power mixed with D's d-vine voice (and charming stage presence )

They must all be in the coma. Can't say I blame them. Hope you had a fantastic night.

Kids are racing round so will try to be quick and vaguely coherent! It was a fabulous show last night! It was a 5-piece line up...the lovely ASHA made her debut on fiddle !!! (and maraccas - think the latino contingent might need to train her up on that one a bit though )...She was fabulous The fiddle adds so much to the songs (though I haven't been at any shows without it...) Loved Beautiful (yes...you knew I'd say that...) - grand piano!! And they did an amazing version of Danny Boy with the full band inc. quena (andean flute) and charango...which both have so many emotional associations for me I was There was also Forgive Forget with just D & Eric only with the Gaga bit personally not a huge fan of the gaga bit - call me old fashioned (love the acoustic version of FF ) Souths has a great auditorium (unlike Marconi ) and they looked fab up there with the lights - sound was good too. (Shims has the set list....) Crowd was really getting into...a bit of an Irish contingent so the sing a longs went well Great to catch up with shims (poor bf had a horribly mixed up night and didn't make the show ), nuffy & her DH. We had seats up the back, which gave us a great view of all the band on stage. After gig tea party downstairs in the Souths Hut... de rigueurSo glad I got to see this one...the 5 piece line up was amazing!! Thanks a million to D & the band ;D - they rocked!!!

Thanks Morgs! Very happy to hear that Asha has joined the band! ;D I think the Irish music needs the fiddle, definintely. So, five piece: D, Eric, Asha, Caesar and Adam on keys? Wow! Sounds brilliant! Bring on the set list! ;D Looking forward to hearing the new line-up soon myself!
