I requested SKY on Sat night, but he didn't play any of the songs called out.  But then Sun night he opened the show with SKY  Do you think he did that just for me?    I'm sure he did  Oh come on don't deflate me!!  Actually, Deb, you could be right. When you requested it on the Saturday night, it sounded like he was really considering playing it, but maybe he just thought they hadn't practised it enough or something, so he saved it for Sunday. Did Damien sing Kiss (during Wicked Game)?  I noticed Wicked Game on D's set list on the Saturday and was hoping he'd sing Kiss too, but then he left WG out altogether. |

Hi everybody. Got the 'puter back, minus the spyware!! I almost died when I got home and couldn't download my photos!  Anyway, I can't really add anything to the already wonderful descriptions of all the other girls.  Just want to say how lovely it was to meet Eils for the first time, and also catch up with all the other tarts, (and Brian and his DW) and meet Roxy too. ;D On the Sat .night I had given D a gift bag containing a box of melting moments and honey shortbread creams. He took them out of the bag and said thanks, although he didn't look at the card. On Sunday night after the show when I went up to have a CD and poster signed, he thanked me personally for the bikkies and said they had eaten some that morning (assuming he shared with Eils and the boys) and said they were delish. Honestly, it's the first time I've ever had such a lovely chat with him without turning into a blubbery mess! So enjoyed it and he didn't rush us either. He was so generous with his time. He asked what time our flight was and we said around 10.00. He said he was going to Brisbane around that time and might see us at the airport. I asked him "don't you normally fly Qantas?" and he said he did but they I said that we were Virgins, at least for tomorrow, and he and Eric cracked up!! So funny!  Thanks everybody for a lovely weekend - especially Dawn for her booking and organisation and for the fruit and yoghurt she supplied for my 'pre' breakfast each morning. ;D Deb, I yelled out for "Sky" on the Sat. night too, so he was singing for me as well! Fantastic set list - I just adored: in no particular order) Golden Line Sky Never meant to fail Creep If tomorrow never comes Sorry Goodnight Hallelujah Tenterfield Saddler - he does a superb version, better than the original!! Crying Pretty Woman Beautiful Shine like the Sun Alone.. Crikey.... I think the only ones I left out were Danny Boy and Annie's Song, funny about that! |

Hi gals,
Won't be on line for a while... we are off to Tassie tomorrow morning, this time on the boat. We're spendig the weekends with DD and the family and will do a bit of a tour while they are at work during the week. I may be able to get online at DD's place but not sure what they have planned for us.
Still a few computer problems but basically it's working OK, some settings need re-setting I think, really annoying stuff. Making a list for the computer tech. when we get back.
Krissy, Dawn, Sue, Kath and Julie - I've emailed you some photos of yourselves which were taken over the weekend.

Thankyou so much for the reports everyone, this show does sound like it was totally amazing ! I think you all might be right, Eils being there would have been something very special for Damien and with bub due soon too! They are certainly a gorgeous couple and its just wonderful to see that love between them. Now I am getting mushy! I am so glad you all had a great time, I must say I have enjoyed reading the reports from this show more than I have any others. It must have been a special night! I think "LOVE WAS IN THE AIR". |

Maybe Di recorded it?? |

Funny that!! I've been smiling from ear to ear all week after last weekend! What an absolutely amazing show! First Friday in Bulli, and then the BM! I felt rather spoilt actually, to be apart of the audience listening to such a fantastic set list!! Damien's voice is sounding freaking amazing at the moment and "teh Witteh" is just as funny between Eric and himself! just love it!! Deb it was so good to meet you on Sat night, shame we couldn't spend more time with you (the next day) but at least I have a face to the name now I agree re the videoing Deb, I couldn't sit there and do that, it would turn out a big fuzzy mess! I'd be jumping around too much, which I much prefer to do on the night...bang the table..clap hands, sway etc! too much fun to be had! Sounds like Sunday's show was awesome too, thanks for the reports ladies and good to hear that you got to spend some time with D also after the show ;D loved the photos. Enjoy your weekend away Glawz ;D I want another show!!!  Hurry up July!!
