Awwww Deb, so sorry you couldn't get to this. I can't believe you were down this way and didn't know Bulli was in this area

As the girls have said, this was a truly amazing show. I can't write much of a report as I have been unwell since returning from Cronulla yesterday. I wasn't 100% all weekend but still managed to have an incredible time at this show and the BM.

The set list was fantastic. One of the best ever. The crowd was really into it from the word go and a much younger crowd too. Very funky small venue, just a shame they didn't have enough air con to cope with the heat!

Damien's voice was truly sounding beautiful. As the girls said, best I have heard him sound.

We were lucky enough to see Damien before and after the show and had a lovely chat. Hearing him come out and start with Golden Line when we had requested it (he asked what we would like to hear) was just a real treat. It started the night brilliantly and it just got better from there!

And what can I say about the company? WOW. You girls really made this night special for me. Having Damien in my home town was a real treat but sharing it with such beautiful friends made it even more special. I don't think I have laughed that much in a very long time. Let's just say our dinner chat and banter was hilarious!

I wish I could convey in words what a fantastic show it was and even though I don't have the energy to use caps, just picture this all written in number 10 font and you get my drift.

Thanks Damien for such a brilliant show and for being so sweet and kind as always!

Sorry I haven't had much of a chance to write my report here either, its been crazy here.

I just want to say a BIG THANKYOU to Carla for inviting me to her house for the Friday night, it was such a lovely night and it was lovely to catch up with Roxy & Trilly too.

I took the opportunity of giving the cross stitch I made of Damien to him on this night, it was very awkward carrying it around with me so I was glad to finally hand it over, Damien seemed very happy with the finished picture, it as a very special thing for me, Damien has made my life so happy with his beautiful music, this was my way of saying Thankyou to him.
As the others said the night was hot and steamy and Damien was Brilliant, his voice is the best its ever been.
It was a great night

Ooh Princey, did you take any photos of the cross stitch? If so, it'd be cool if you could post them. (Or did you already post some and I just missed them? ) I remember seeing the old version of it at Dawn's house that time. It was looking pretty good (although I think D only had one eye at that stage ).

Beautiful story about your cross stich Princey! So great you could all get together around the table for such a good night and show, the fun and friendship of the evening jumps off the page and it sounds like such a top night! Thanks everyone for sharing the stories with us!

You are brilliant! How you managed to re-do such a huge project after the first one got mangled (by a dog?) is beyond me... not just the motivation part but also the time involved. Wow. Do you have a straight-on shot of itso I can zoom up? I love admiring your tapestry skills and the subject aint bad either
