Tgif_saturday_034Thank God It's Friday happens every Friday from 5pm to 6pm - with live music and comedy performed in front of an audience at the ABC studios in Harris St, Ultimo (just down the road from Central Station and Railway Square).

Below you can find out how to book your free tickets... and details of who is slated to perform.

March 11: Book now for the comic stylings of three of the country's best - Jean Kittson, Vince Sorrenti and Subby Valentine. Music from the great Todd McKenney, as The Boy from Oz returns to Sydney.

March 18: The Little Stevies play live ahead of the Blue Mountains Music Festival; Tommy, Mikey Robbins and Anthony Ackroyd are on the panel.

March 25: Peter Berner, Fiona O'Loughlin and Gary Eck are here to make you laugh. Music TBC.

April 1: Join the fools on April Fool's: Jean Kittson, Anthony Ackroyd and Subby Valentine. Everyone's Irish-Australian idol Damien Leith will be singing some Roy Orbison to mark the ocassion.

Also: watch out for our Saturday night live shows coming up in April at The Riverside in Parramatta (April 9) and the Seymour Centre in Chippendale (April 16). Tickets on sale soon.

Thanks for the reminder Braffy. I was all set to go, as of yesterday lunchtime, until I got the call mum's sick and off to hospital.

So, the studio's got 2 more tickets available!

Have a great time everyone who's going to this, it would be so much fun to see a Radio show being produced! If I can go to one of these another time I'd love to but can't manage it this time round. So sorry you can't go now Nuffy, hope your Mum is ok

Thanks shims. Hopefully I'll be in the privacy and pleasure of listening in my car without anyone interrupting me, by then... It's a good 1.5 to 2 hour drive home during peak hour - very convenient for things like these

... not as good as listening, in person, but at least it'll be broadcast on the radio and I can listen to him 'live'
