Just heard from Princey and Krissy ...  I couldn't get there  BUT: They've seen D, he spotted them in the line ;D..and he's wearing ALL BLACK, is looking incredibly fit and happy ;D and will be on at 9.30 pm. on Channel 7. They gave me permision to pass on the news. ;D They're hoping to get in to the studio.   |

Thanks Trilly. so pleased to know the approximate time Damien is on... it just means I can sneak to the loo, or get on FB or something without worrying about missing him. Sorry I couldn't go either Trills... was babysitting baby Fox all day (which was nice). I told my DD what I had given up to mind her child!!  |

*ahem* Ms Glawzy, he was singing to ME! Just one comment. I think he sings better standing.. I'd imagine his chest is a bit more compressed when he sits cos he leans over the guitar. Maybe his legs are just too tired atm?  HOWEVER, that acoustic version is stunning! Will try to upload the vid asap. Hope Princey and Krissy got to chat with him afterwards! |

At my friends place they all loved Damien as well. I could hear Krissy and I think Sue's whistle. Beautiful rendition Damien. And he looked hot. Watch the weight Damien lots of milkshakes etc. Did anyone else see Jessica?  umh. |

Just back from the Good Friday Appeal OMG it was an awesome day/night. I wasn't sure whether to go at first but boy are we glad we did now Krissy, Matt and I were standing in the queue a 2nd time to go back into the studio, Damien and Ericwere inside doing a sound checkbut we had to stay outside, we watched through the window then we all got back in the line, Damien and Eric eventually came out, they saw us standing in the line, Damien waved and walked really quickly over to us with arms outstretched saying "Sueeeeee" as he did  I got a  &  then he went to Krissy, everyone was just watching and saying '  they know him!!!"  we didn't get much time to talk as he was getting rushed off upstairs. We eventually got back into the studio and sat in our seats, we saw Justice Crew who were brilliant, Jess Mauboy who was so/so and Daryl Braithwaite who was great, then came Damien, he didn't know where we were but I got the impression he was looking for us  the announcer introduced him and we all had to cheer, clap and do whatever we could to make a noise, both me and Krissy screamed and he then knew where we were, we both got a big smile, a wave and I held up my ROY album, Damien held up 5 fingers, I gave in the thumbs up and he gave one back. The performance of 'CRYING' was absolutely magnificent and we squeeeeee'd and I whistled and made lots of noise when he was finished. After Damien was finished with the TV he went and did a quick interview on 3AW, he then came back again and mentioned how unofficially the album had reached #5 in the Aria charts but its a secret until Sunday He was sooooo happy tonight it was just great. I'm so glad we took the chance and went in there it was just BRILLIANT  |
