Oow, Damien hinted on FB a little while ago that some "Riverdancing"  might be happening! His exact words : "Ya never know!"  ;D Ooooo yes!  Then the whole of Australia will see teh calves of power!   |

I didn't know Mark Wilson was going to leave: I like him! He wasn't going to leave. He was replaced. The decision was made for him. They wanted a change for the panel of judges. |

I must say he is being rather magnanimous about it. In the Herald Sun he states: “I understand that TV shows have to evolve and I support the decision to recast the judging panel. It’s a great opportunity for the show. He just about says I would have sacked me too. The article says a younger female judge is on the cards, however no one has been announced.

Have we already got his video up from the DWTS website? I loved the story Damien told on the StarFM Morning Crew (Josh & Stace) interview yesterday(?) when he described lifting Melanie in the air while turning but didn't know how to put her down. So he kept spinning till he finally put her down so that she ended up into a wall and him crashing onto the floor!  Good grief, I hope they get danger money!  He was laughing while telling the story and I noticed Melanie tweeted: MelanieACHooper melanie hooper
Today was a funny one at rehearsals, hope your pants can be fixed damien!
the mind boggles! I guess everyone's recovered then  I like Stace's advice: Just keep smiling... no matter what happens, the show must go on! ;D Apparently there was mention of maybe 3 or 4 weeks for it to go onto tv but the dancers don't know any dates nor even know what's the first dance. So he's learning 10 dances now. Lol Damien asks the viewers/listeners to vote for him purely through "sympathy"... yep, he thinks that's his only chance: the sympathy vote.   I reckon there'll be a few more of the  happening IMHO  I really hope the show doesn't coincide with Damien's July touring dates! They seem to be really close together  |

Yay! They just showed an ad for DWTS. Damien was the last star shown and he is 'dancing' with the microphone. hee hee! I've always fancied myself as that microphone! Bring on May 8th, or whenever it comes to TV!! |

oh yeah remember that bit about Melanie hitting the wall and D falling down.....hmmmm seems his trousers had an accident....gosh D you might have to rehearse in stretch jeans only 'cause they'll have lots of give oh gosh.....May 8 is not far away  |
