I contemplated going to this one with DH and staying with our DD down there... Unfortunately the best tickets I could get are row M which is a long way back!! Hard to believe that they have sold out good seats so soon, I'm gonna ring them on Tuesday to check. Nobody answering today.

I saw a very sad message on facebook that this show has sold out - from a very poster who missed out... Sounds like it'll be a real ripper of a tour

Did you contemplate going Nuffy?? Last time we went to Launnie we were right up the back, second last row and it was, well, not what I was used to for a Damien show. The Row M which was available when I tried was only two rows in front of that (I think) so decided because of all the expense with travel etc. I'd be better off going to Vic regional shows.

Hi all Awesome show tonight. I went with my friend Kel and we had a great night out. I didn't see any other Damienites there and I didn't see anyone I knew there at all which is very rare for Launceston. It was a sell out so the room was packed. The audience were told not to take any photos so I complied, not that I really wanted to but it did give me a chance to sit back and enjoy the show without worrying about taking pics. Damien and all the guys were dressed in black. Eric Aranda, Ceaser (don't know his last name), a new drummer I had never seen before and Paul Gray were in the band. The other keyboard player called in sick and Paul was flown in at the last minute to Tassie for the Hobart and Launceston shows. I'll post the set list as I remember it. I didn't write anything down so this is just off the top of my head. You Got It Only The Lonely Dream Baby Blue Bayou Running Scared Love Hurts Working For The Man Beautiful Goodnight In Dreams Leah I Drove All Night Handle With Care Mean Woman Blues Crying Pretty Woman Hallelujah He also did a little Irish jig at the request of an audience member and Paul Gray then started playing the 'Irish jig' music' so Damien could hardly refuse lol. I think I have remembered all the songs but this isn't the right order. I should of pinched the set list off the stage I regret not going to Hobart as the crowd was 1600 ppl and I think it would of been a great show. Damien didn't come out tonight after the show as he was on a 7am flight. All in all a great night. Would of been good to say a quick hello to D though.

Thanks for your report Ange, I'm glad you had a great time, what a great set list and Leah, I've been wanting to hear D sing that one, it would be beautiful. Its a shame you didn't get to say hell, but a 7am flight, wow D would have been exhausted.

Thanks so much for telling us about the Launceston show Ange, you have a great memory for the setlist! Really interested to see Leah added, love little changes as things go which are always fascinating over a tour to see. Would have been like old times seeing Paul Gray on keyboards again, great that he was able to fill in! Hope you get to see Damien soon, exhausting schedule with a 7am flight after 2 huge concert nights. Good to see you again Ange, it must be 4 years since I've seen you in "real life"! Hope you're well

Thanks Ange for the report from Launnie. It was great catching up with you in Melbourne and I'm glad you got to this show. ;D Aaah. LEAH at last! My fave Orbison song! I'm with you all, would kill to hear D sing it! So glad he finally has. It's a shame that D hasn't done any signings at many of the capital city shows. It would seem to be a great (if tiring!) way for him to capitalize on his current popularity after his recent DWTS exposure and the Roy album doing so well. I guess he's at the mercy of his schedule. Paul Gray on keys is a bit of a blast from the past! I hope Chris recovers soon.
