Damien is an ambassador for Record Store Day Australia and will be appearing at 3 different locations in Sydney. WOW Records ~ Leichhardt Richmond Records and St Marys. Times unknown at this stage. Um...where's WOW Records in leichhardt? If it's the one in Marketplace, called WOW Music, which I assume it is, it just shut down! It's now a bargain book store. So I wouldn't rush to make the trip there if I was you. We only have JB HiFi in Leichhardt now.

Well, that is a worry because they shut down, and had a going out of business sale first. I walked past the space yesterday and it's now selling cheap books. I'll be in there again in the next few days so I'll see if there's any sign that they've relocated, but I don't think that's the case. |

To be honest with Saturday traffic he'd struggle to do Leichhardt at 11am and St Mary's at 1pm anyway!

True, although it is still school holidays and there won't be as much sport on.
I hated the Saturday traffic trying to get my lovelies to their respective sport fixtures.
I don't miss it at all.

All the WOW stores shut down recently.

I actually thought the one in Richmond had shut down too but I may be wrong I know the St Mary's one id there still thats where I took that divine Pic that was just dor DLO  |

I've added the Record Store Day event to the DLO Calendar as it's written on the Record Store Day Website but is there any confirmation about the Leichhardt one, is it likely to be in another store perhaps if that one isn't there anymore? I'll edit as we receive any confirmation about that one.

How bizarre. Has anyone contacted the Record Store Day people about the WOW store's non existence? Fairly major oversight on their part.  OK Asked and Answered:
Facebook:Record Store Day Australia: Hi xxxxx They are still there, but only open Fri and Sat. Damien will be performing on the Centre Court stage outside Target. WOW has decided that rather than make customers always come to them, they'll go to customers so they are doing pop up stores and casual set ups around Sydney ... different, but they say people are really appreciating it ...
