I am convinced that a lot of people don't realise that George Harrison was also a Traveling Wilbury. They commented on a George Harrison track being on the album and Damien mentioned that there were 2. He then told them that as well as being a Beatle, he was also a TW. The GH track was recorded in Nashville with Marti Frederickson who also worked with him on Roy. He spoke very highly of Marti. He has a new book on the go. It is a comedy so this is the third genre that this book has become now. It was a mystery/thriller before and I forget the other genre. I will come back when remember more. I think there will be quite a bit of teh Damien coma after he sings Beautiful PS I love Collette Mann who is part of the show,

Ahhhhh now that's how you start off a Monday morning! Stunning! Absolutely, Krissy! I missed the interview but I heard Beautiful. An utterly gorgeous rendition! Not bad for so early in the morning! You're right Braff about D winning another heart on the show. She ( don't know her name) really was quite affected by his performance. LOVE it when you see that look of amazement and appreciation on people's faces. ;D By the way, my DH who is a massive Beatles/George Harrison fan is very impresssed with Damien's cover of Here Comes The Sun. He said he should sing more George because his voice is so much better. High praise indeed, believe me!

I'm pretty sure it was Micaela Banas, who played the part of Todd Russell's wife in Beaconsfield.

Thanks for the links! Loved the interview. And I have to say I really loved the relaxed phrasing in this performance of Beautiful...loved it! (please don't ask me what I mean by "relaxed phrasing"..ha..I am struggling to find the right words to describe it. )

When they were talking to D about his music, I noticed that Mikayla?? Banas had rather a blank look on her face, as if to say to Damien, 'I know nothing about you and I've never heard a single one of your songs, so I will just sit here politely'. I also noted her response after he had finished singing and she came out to stand with him. She was absolutely gob-smacked! I'm guessing she rushed out after work to buy the CD!
