Thanks for the info, Shims.  I just bought it. ;D There's something magical about Damien's expressions in this vid, something so real about feeling the love even when you're alone at night. Yes, he's walking, but he's also reflecting. It's great!  |

I totally agree with you Trilly, he definitely looks like he's reflecting while he's walking, and possible thinking about E and the kids.  That's my favourite part of the video I think, especially when he's sitting down! It's very sweet and cute. I would love to see a video where it was a bit more Damien centric, as in more about about him. It would be great to bring out the acting side to Damien we all know he has!! But don't get me wrong, I love it! I'm definitely gonna try and get this on The Loop. It's a new music show on Saturday morning's on Eleven, would be massive exposure for D! |

Still watching the Vid. Loving it. Damien looks gorgeous. I love the shots of him sitting on the bench. Maybe the video is about him and his family and is trying to put across that he thought his wife was beautiful when they first met, she is still beautiful after having children and will continue to think that she is so beautiful when the kids have grown up. Just my thoughts. |

I like the video but I think there were a few opportunities lost. Damien's excellent song writing skills are not supported by his music video marketing team unless they are relying on Estee Lauder. Having said that a truly great song shouldn't need a flash video to sell it and i believe "Beautiful" is a truly great song.

It's such a 'beautiful' video and I love the genuine emotion on Damien's face. It comes across that he is reflecting on the love he has for his family. I think it's such a nice touch to have everyday people in the video instead of the plastic ones we see all too often. I like it ~ well done to Damien. Beautiful video for a beautiful song, sung by such a genuine person.   |

I love the song, and the video. It is "beautiful' how they have focused on love being 'ageless' and the different kinds of love.
Really like watching Damien doing the walk, and the reflection shown when he is sitting.
I think the video suits the song, although I can see where Stallinger is coming from.

So happy to be able to report that I just saw a portion of the video clip for Beautiful on (of all things) Funniest Home Video show. They mentioned that it was Damien Leith's new single and that every mum/lady in the audience would receive a copy of the new album "Now and Then" and a bottle of Beautiful, compliments of Sony and Estee Lauder. |
