We had a great night! hundreds and hundreds of people!!! OMG I really didn't expect it to be like that! Sis and I got there and the place was packed already, we managed to get a good spot behind all the people that were sitting in front of the stage, and thought Bella must of been close as she was staying in the city after work! I got a call from her about 15 mins after we got there and she was only just arriving!! she had no hope in hell of getting near us as it was crammed packed!

Damien came on before the lighting of the tree thank god, as I wanted out of there...(hate big crowds like that).

he can't count I know that much! but we all know that right! He said he'd sing 3 songs!!! well he sung 4!!

and he sung them well! he had the crowd going nuts with Pretty woman, and Hallelujah had all the lights going! ;D

1. Winter wonderland,
2. Handle with Care
3. Hallelujah
3. Pretty woman

There were lots of kids in the front jumping and dancing around! D got lots of whistles and people yelling out!

Once D had finished singing and went off stage, Sis and I left to see if we could find Bella, we finally met up and went around the back to where the tent was set up...and yay...there were the boys!! we had a chat with D (through the fence) and we also got a hug!! yes we got a hug through the fence...How you ask! well....it's a new hug, in fact it's a special Brissy hug...using just your fingers!

so we hugged Damien's fingers!

It was such a warm night, we said goodbye and went off for a drink before heading home! was so good to meet up with Bella after such a long time

and awesome to see D after such a long time also

I'm glad I stayed in the city for it. Was a fantastic night. Silly me thinking I would get a good view of the stage

the crowd was massive, however I did manage to squeeze my way in when D came on. ;D

Where I was standing the crowd was really getting into it and rocked on during D's performance of Pretty Woman.

We were lucky to have been able to have a chat with D afterwards and I loved our special Brissy fingers hug.

Was very nice.

It was great catching up with Roxy

and Sister

again after so long.

The 4 songs sounded like a good selection.

Also nice to hear about the massive crowd and how they enjoyed rocking along to Damien.

Good songs but I wonder why Damien doesn't take the opportunity of cashing in on some of his own songwriting talents... so many good songs on Now and Then.... missed opportunity I think.
