Here I am, back home again. Womby, Ozbrat + parents, Crackling Rose + 2 friends who also went to the Wagga show, myself and other people that I recognised from previous shows were there. There weren't as many tonight as the last time that I went there but the 3/4 full house all enjoyed the concert and got into it well and truly. The audience singing started of a bit lot 'sus' but the later songs they were very vocal. ;D Pretty much a full audience standing ovation at the end. SET LISTUnless You Say So You've Got It Not Just For the Weekend Only The Lonely Beautiful Everybody's Talking (with sus audience singing) I'll Be Your Baby Tonight Leah (gosh Damien sings that darn well ) The band left the stage and Damien was solo Sky and then he asked for requests. If Tomorrow Never Comes (the best version ever, even better than Ronan K)  requested Band came back on Guitar Man/Stairway To Heaven (Womby was very happy)  Crying AllI Want Is You with much better audience singing Handle With Care Encore Pretty Woman with a bit of Mean Woman Blues Hallelujah. During the show Damien mentioned how it was 6 years ago that he won Idol and that he had released 6 albums since then so he hadn't really been idle  Damien did a meet and greet afterwards and he asked me what I thought of the show. I told him honestly that I was disappointed. I then mentioned that there was not ONE song from Remember June  Damien attempted, tried, failed miserably to give me a reason excuse but I reminded him that the show was meant to cover all 6 albums.   During the request time I had called out for Golden Line but Damien went with If Tomorrow Never Comes which sounded brilliant. The other requests had been for Crying and Hallelujah which were covered during the show anyway. Damien also said that Goodnight is usually on the setlist (doesn't always get played) but he will sing it tomorrow night.  I think everyone enjoyed the show and it was really lovely to catch up with the people mentioned at the beginning. Womby was the first person from DLO that I met so we have a special connection. |

Oh yes, one other request had been for Amazing Grace and Damien commented that someone had asked for that last weekend too.
He didn't know it well enough to do but I think he will try and learn it, so be prepared those that are going to later concerts.

All you lucky, lucky people, I am so envious. What great medicine this would be. Amazing Grace huh?? Sounds delightful, but not if it means no RJ songs  Thanks for your report Braffy |

Is because of age's of concert goers (no disrespect here as I am not a spring chicken anymore) and he is catering to the
Crowds ? I do remember at Thornbury in Melbourne with the RJ tour they came out and just rocked .
