Haha, I forgot about the body paint. Damien said something along the lines of that since he has been sitting at the computer a lot all his clothes are painted on these days. It DID look like leopard print from down in the audience.

It did look leopard type print from a distance and I remember us discussing the "painted on" shirt. Thanks for the great reports Braffy and Shims Must confess, my favourites are still Last Sad Song, Lonely Nights and You and I and think LSS or LN would make a great single especially after hearing the full versions

Thank you very much Dawn, Braffy and Shimms for the great report. Psst We heard about your gift Dawn My gift from the family was not as exciting! But it did go with the "sexy salad"............ Damien's joke! Poor Glawzy left her biscuits at home so my boys at home scored those as well. (Bummer Damien....they are yumbo!) Shimms, I was exactly the same, found myself listening to the lyrics a lot more. That was the comment from all at Bennett's Lane. It was great there were new faces there........ If you could say for old time sake he NAILED IT, he did. He is the complete package, singer, songwriter, producer, I just like you all hope he does really, really well. He is such a nice person who has worked so very hard..........just deserves it. To be honest, he was so good, he just completely blew me away! Eils is such a lovely lady. When I see her, I can't help but stare at her, she is just so beautiful ( looks and personality!). Well suited pair those 2. I really enjoyed Hunter Adams too. What a lovely lady. I am going to have a listen to her CD today. I would happily go and see her at a gig. Thanks Hunter! Now will go and check out Bennetts Lane Thread! Thanks again Ladies.

Great reports everyone, thankyou. The Vanguard is a bigger venue than Bennett's Ln. It's not quite as intimate as our little hole-in-the-wall jazz club, so I guess that made a difference . It sounds as though you all loved it as much as we did. S Rule! Wow, leopard print huh? OK. D wore a patterned shirt, sorta greyish with the jeans and jacket in Melbourne. The jacket was only on pre-stage. ( Very hipster, Mr L.) I see we are all pretty much in agreement about the standard of this album too. Awesome! ( Look who's all over DLO currently!) haha! I wonder why? Could there be a new album and gigs happening?
