 Hi Damien and Jen! Wow it's all happening it's just great. I ordered late last night before I saw this thread as well. But we can't wait! Just one question for you Damien or Jen, when you do start touring, particularly country areas , (fingers and toes crossed) the promotion in the past has been terrible! When you were in Wagga there was not a poster to be seen. Except at the venue. Do you get your fan club to put up posters? Or do you organise your own, which is fine. I work in retail in the main street of my area and I see posters being put up all the time for different things. There must be a way you can do some marketing through some of your fan club.(and you may already do this). There have been many people that have come into my work, not on any particular sites and love your music. I do think your promotion now is 10 fold to what it has been. I am sure you would have noticed a growth spurt too. Well done. Also Damien you do have a wide variety of ages who just love your music. There are definitely young fans too. There is a new member just joined up in here who is I think age 22. I hope you did not mind me asking, but in the past people have said to me, I did not know Damien was in Wangaratta . How did you find out? I have rang the local radio station too, requesting AirPlay, well that's another story. One answer was it will take me time, I will see if I can find something.......never heard a thing! I guess I live in the country though. This whole marketing game is very interesting. Good luck with everything, and look forward to seeing you in Melbourne. Oh and the new release coming up too! It is all really fantastic news, and very, very exciting! Thanks for the feedback! i will definitely bring this up with the rest of the label, but i am sure that we will definitely be promoting Damien's tours as much as we can and in any way we can! Glad to hear everyone is loving without a fight! - It's a great song  |

Thanks Jen for replying. As you can see there are a lot of helpers. Willing helpers I think Damien's promotion of the new upcoming cd is going really well too. Just looking on FB you can see the growth, and it's great! But yes, if another country tour, definitely needs more promotion. It is great that you are here. It's also wonderful the personal touch Damien has with his fans. He is a nice bloke! ( that is what we say in the country). And just l-u-v-v-v-v his music! I will keep my fingers and toes crossed we do get to see him this way in the future. Thanks Jen.
