Due to the popularity of Damien Leith's recent national 'Without a Fight' tour - we are pleased to announce that more dates have been added in 2014. This is a strictly limited run, so get in fast. The tour which saw Damien play to packed houses, celebrated his all new and critically acclaimed originals album 'Chapter Seven' along with some of the classic songs he has recorded over the past seven years. This show was a sell out and was totally

After reading the reports from The Brass Monkey and everyone saying how good it was I was really hoping for the same at Lizotte's. I certainly wasn't disappointed.

Damien was on fire. His voice is so strong. The audience loved him and got involved. The banter with Eric is as strong as ever.

Dawn has the setlist and other bits and pieces.

It was a fantastic list with a lot of songs from Chapter Seven (No Time To Go or Faith In Me ) 2 from Where We Land - Beautiful and Danny Boy (by request).

Quite a few from Roy. Damien just sounded sooooo good.

There was a very, very young baby there at the table right in front of the stage. He would have only been 2 months /3 months old at best. What a well behaved baby he was too. Very happy chappy.

The Dad of the baby was celebrating his birthday and they made up a group of 22. Huge crowd on 3 tables. (I would hate to see their drinks bill at the end).

I am so happy I got to go to this.

We did find out that Damien will be on The Morning Show on Channel 7 on Monday morning.

Dawn will write more and then I might be able to add to what she has written.

The 'gift' went down well.

Was a terrific show and as you know Lizottes is up close and intimate. The food was amazing and yes, we also received free and yummy desserts (thanks Braffy) so only paid for drinks...we both only had 1
Greg Gould came on at 8:30 with Emma Stevens on keyboard. They were fantastic as support.
Damien wore new brown shoes, tight brown jeans, brown and aqua check shirt over a white tshirt.
Damien came out at 9:30 with
* Beautiful and the newly released single
* Halfway Heart - look for the youtube
Talked about his trip to Ireland and how his accent has become more pronounced because of his time in Ireland, so apologised in case people couldn't understand him and Eric confirmed he's never been able to understand him
* A Million Reasons and
* Crying
Eric was coerced and the audience called for his rendition of
* La Bamba (only a little of it was played behind his back (of head).
Talked about how they've been moving the kids' beds around and what can be found when that happens. Then
* Lonely Nights after a D error (but no dance)
* Never Forget and talked about Joe Melson and the sequel to Crying
* I Can Stop You Crying
* Only the Lonely with the extra long hold on yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuu (it was decided that Damien would make an excellent underwater swimmer )
Then Eric left for the up close and personal section.....Damien explained how he's sometimes given intimate gifts and masks So gave him his gift (a crane) (the end read come fly with me Without a Fight)
and he was going to try it on for size later as he was already wearing the last gift (the snake) for the high notes
Then he talked about his youngest ever member of the audience and the 3 birthdays. So we sang Happy Birthday for Josie, Andre and Steve (baby's daddy)
* Have I Told You Lately That I Love You
* Danny Boy (by request) and Eric came back and they did
* Creep and
* Last Sad Song which went into
* Everywhere You Go
Then a song he's never tired of singing
* Hallelujah which went into Sleepwalker
* You and I and audience were told how pleased he was with reaching the finals of an International Song Contest and they could vote for the song, but didn't tell them where.
* Nessun Dorma was done with added sound effects by Eric
* Without a Fight with audience participation.
Then the encore with
* Stronger Than Superman and a small exerpt from
* Irish Rover with audience assistance
* Message to My Girl (a request) and altered lyrics
* We May Never Meet Again and
* Pretty Woman and
* Tutti Frutti with audience participation on both songs and finally a much requested by Braffy and myself
* Kiss (in a new key )
Damien did mention the name of his new Album Chapter Seven after Braffy went up to him and told him he hadn't mentioned it
But he did mention that they were selling CDs (only 1 book) and he was coming out to meet them.
Again, thank you Damien for giving up so much time. It definitely is appreciated and we were able to find out about his CH 7 appearance
Thank you too to Braffy for her gift to Aiden (which was also the name of the very good baby )
The Lizottes crowd are always happy and willing to join in with the singing when requested and this night was a pretty packed Restaurant. The crowd also had a lot of younger people there, young couples, who were very enthusiastic with their clapping and singing.

We guess it has been so wonderful like the recently show at Brass Monkey...

What a pity that we could not go to Lizotte's, too! Now we do hope for an additional show in Sydney
some time this year.

How good is Damien's new video, how fantastic was his performance at the "Morning Show" today!!! We love it!!!

DAMIEN, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Besides, Eric is a perfect partner!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

By the way, we are very happy and grateful about the phenomenal feedback regarding our video "Hallelujah" from
the Brass Monkey show. Yes, it is the best Damien video we have recorded until now.
