Chris is on now - playing the piano. I like this song. It's a good performance, not great, but enjoyable. Mark is having a jibe about Chris's brother coming 3rd is he tense. Marcia just said "Well done" - wish she'd give more feedback!!!Kyle thinks it was a weak one, more like a rehearsal.
Just worked out why Chris doesn't really knock me out. He lacks intensity. And Damien really really has that intensity behind every song.

Lol, a guy won the comp to pick for Dean. Poor Dean-girls, what a shame another of them didn't get the chance to see him.

Don't know the song Dean is singing. He's on his own with a guitar. Hitting some nice Bon Jovi style ballad notes. It seems a bit disjointed though. Going ok, not great.

Mark is pulling the "I don't know" face. He thinks it isn't "hard" enough of a version. He's confused... Says it's not a touchdown. Thinks it went off the tracks and the next song had better be good.
Dean says he felt it even if it wasn't his best vocal effort.
Marcia says you've all been so busy, you're under pressure. She enjoyed it.
Kyle says you're popular and people love you but he worries it was a half effort. He's arguing with people that he and Marcia think Dean's better than he thinks he is himself. Marcia says he's "all that and a bag of chips"

Yay, D on next.... Chris and Dean were ok, nothing spectacular....this 2 minute song thing SUCKS (w00t, theres some Dean-speak for ya!) I have ALOT to say about Chris' performance, but not now.... because I dont want to miss a second of D  |

Interesting... the musicians are playing "Superstition" as the backing for Jess's next song. I don't know what it is she's singing however. It's good, not great. She's a little out of breath.
Ok, not knowing the song I'm not sure but audience seems happy. Jess seems happy...
Mark is on, he says he wants to give a touchdown in his heart but it's not quite there but thinks it was great she was doing a difficult song. Mark and Marcia fighting again. Audience on Marica's side.
Marcia thinks that was the most comfortable and sassy. Says she wants to see that in the next few weeks - does she know something we don't? Kyle loved it but says it wasn't seamless, but thinks it was very cool.

Eeek - what was that "Rock Star" moment there, that was a bit ridiculous.
Voice ok, pub rocker in action. Can't compare with Neil Finn's venom in this one, (if you know the story of the song you know what I mean)
What! Missed a great line there! The tantalising lies line...
Mmmm, ok, but it's just cover music to me.

Mark thinks it's one of the best versions he's ever heard of that song. Nothing more, the judges are flying along quickly. Kyle likes it. Marcia likes it. Kyle being mean to the fans - very slack I think when they are invited and it's their big night to enjoy!!! Shut up Kyle.
