Hey everyone,
How is your Sunday going? Good luck to Damien! Just over 5 hours to go and I can't wait. I have to eat dinner at the in-laws tonight so will have to tape Idol. My father-in-law is a grumpy old Scotsman and probably won't let me put Idol on!
Anyway, being 39 years old I am not as techno savvy as some of you people. Can someone please tell me what 'LOL' means which is a term or an acronym used often in messages.

Hey lisaw,
I really, really hope that LOL means 'laugh out loud'. You see, I'm a 40yo not very techno savvy person and have been guessing about half the acronyms found on this and other sites. Hope I guessed right on this one!!!

Okay I'm confused now (I know it doesn't take much to confuse me :-)) Please be patient with moi. So, if Irishscorpio is Donna and Irishangel is Melissa, where did I get the name Michelle from? Aww Donna - such a heart felt message - i feel the same way. Thank you to ALL the Leith's, to Eileen and to Jarvis sharing his wonderful Daddy with us *gives bunch of flowers to everyone* ;D Haha maybe i can shed some light on this for you guys who have troubles with the names hehe: Irishangel - Michelle Irishscorpio - Donna Lissa - Melissa Belinda - Belinda  hope that helps in some of the names Lisa - hope your exam studying went well (or still is).... and Jess - that comment wasnt exactly in place - i know you said you were joking and thats fair enough BUT this is still a thread for his family to read and its about positives. Im not angry at you just understand that. |

I would just like to thank the Leith family for obviously giving Damien all his talent in the first place.....and for coming out from Ireland to support him, after reading his blog I think it will help him now more than ever...(not that he really needed any), and to his immediate family Eileen and Jarvis who have supported him through his Idol journey, which, I'm sure isn't an easy one...(not with all those screaming, hormonally charged females out there)...*and yes we are all guilty*...Even if Damiens journey ends this week (it better not), he will have a huge fan base now following his music career, I for one can't wait for a cd to be produced so I can buy it. He has the voice of an angel which sends shivers down my spine everytime I hear him sing.
Good luck tonight and for the remaining weeks ahead.
