Hi Damien I am sitting here this morning listening to your Christmas songs and I absolutely adore them - especially "This Christmas" I am so sorry that I hadn't had a chance to listen to it yesterday as I know you were looking for some feedback last night. I have always been a sucker for Christmas Carols/songs - I am one of those people who drives everyone else nuts playing my Christmas CD's over and over in the days leading up to Christmas. The only fault I can find with your CD is that I wish it were longer But the songs you have chosen are all favourites - esp Silent Night and your own original is just beautiful Well done Damien It was well worth the $22.98 I paid to own another copy of WWL And thank you so much for signing my copy for me last night You are an angel Love and 's Womby

I absolutely second that. Damien, This Christmas is a stunning song! The lyrics are so beautiful and really pull at the heart strings. I absolutely love it and listened to it in the car on the way home from the Wollongong show. Like Womby, I am so sorry I had not listened to it to give you some feedback but honestly, every song sounds BEAUTIFUL and I found myself getting all teary and having goosebumps. I love Christmas and I love Christmas Carols but the way you sing them brings even new meaning to how much I love them! As soon as hubby and the 5 rugrats get up, I will be blaring it through the house! *walks off humming* It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.......everywhere you go..... Lots of Love, Carla XOXO

Yes, those five songs are gorgeous, Damien! From the first note it almost brought tears to my eyes! It sounds so classy, very jazzy, in places almost gospel. Christmas out here must be very different for you, it's lovely to be able to share what xmas means to you. We don't have big Christmases at our place, but I know listening to this will make it more special. And was that Eileen I heard briefly doing back-up vocals on This Christmas? If it is you really should credit it somewhere, she has a lovely voice, and knowing she was involved in the writing as well makes it even more special. That song really touched me, and I think it will strike a chord with anyone with relatives overseas for christmas

I have been playing your Christmas Cd non stop now for 2 days, and I am loving it, especially "This Christmas" and "Oh Holy Night".I love the pure beautiful simplicity of all the songs , and with my daughter about to begin her life's journey after completing school, "This Christmas " transported me to a time where I was already missing her. Congratulations on another wonderful original , and to Eileen as well for her contribution. I will definitely be playing this over and over on Christmas morning , it will set the scene for a wonderful family day.

Damien, I only just got your Christmas album (as a Christmas present) and WOW it is good! I especially love 'This Christmas', it's my favourite song out of the 5. I wish you could have sung 'This Christmas' at the Carols this year. Maybe next year. ;D

I went and saw them & I did stand there for a long time, just listening to Damien sing, it was awesome. At one stage everything stopped and my comment was, "What happened to Damien" oops, forgot about the lights. Hey DI

Hey DI That was hilarious, Sue said "Oh what happened to the music" and I said " What happened to the lights". Sue didn't even realize all the lights had gone out.
