Thanks so much for the info and the link Flynn. Looks like it will be Target for me as opposed to Sanity come Tuesday! I'd love to see Damien receive an award at the Aria's next year but for now I'll be content to buy his music just to get him there. |

This is the first time I'll be buying an idol winners single ;D I like to have the cd too rather than a download but sometimes I do both. The cover looks very nice  I usually go to big w if they actually have any in stock  I want it now! |

downloads do count now towards aria figures.... has anyone had any success in downloading from bigpond? I've been trying now for half an hour..it wont accept my credit card details!! AARGH!! I'm going to take it out on Mark....  |

Can you get it on itunes? I havn't been over to the bigpond thing but how much does the download cost and is that just one song or the b-side too?

Thanks for that info - I had no idea that the downloaded versions didn't count - not fair!! Anyway, I want the picture, don't you? I checked on Aria, some downloads count and others don't. Just make sure you check it before purchasing  . I think BigPond is 'safe' |

Just listened to a small clip of NOML and Damo sounds so different in the studio. Most singers do sound very diff live though I hope they didn't mess with it. |

Well, I can't buy the album for a while 'cause it's way too expensive to import CDs here in Brazil. So my only hope was that I could buy the downloaded version. Bad new is that downloads are only availabe in Australia, so I don't know what to do...  |

I'm definitely buying the single rather than downloading. I want that gorgeous cover and the Damien original on the "B" side. I'll probably be listening to "Come to Me" more than the other. It will be the first AI single or album I've ever bought. Can hardly wait for the album but I'm so glad that he's getting the time to do it properly.

I listened to the recorded version on the site and it does sound so different to how we're used to hearing Damien, which was a bit of a shock, but it's all good. He does some cool vocal tricks and his voice sounds really pure and pretty, and I think I'll grow to love it. He was probably on a really tight schedule with the single - what with having to arrange and record it, and as everyone's pointed out we get his original song and the pretty packaging. Snippets of songs can give you a wrong idea of how the whole thing sounds, too, so I'm hanging out for the full version on Tuesday. |

I cant wait to hear it....the 30 sec sample of Come to Me sounds gorgeous! What a thrill to have D's own song on his first single...GO DAMO! I have downloaded both songs, but my computer wont play them...problems with my Windows Media Player that I cant seem to solve...wah!!! I hope the purchase still counted towards the digital singles chart at least! |
