I think pre-orders DO count, as long as you purchase it on/after the official release date.

One surprising thing though - on Damien's new-look myspace, there is a button advertising Sanity - seems strange to advertise that outlet for his CD when it doesn't go towards the charts - I wonder if there's some reason they are preferring Sanity.

Hey Janny, thanks so much for this info, didn't know anything about this until you explained it all. I was actually sprouting off about it today to my local radio station because they had no idea either

If your going to buy more than 3 copies ask for seperate receipts. That way they'll count.
