Need Damien Podcast Help!!!

Question to all people who don't have iPods (if there are any here other than me!)
How do we save podcasts if we don't have iTunes? Most stations seems to assume their listeners can use iTunes to get podcasts, but I have an LG mp3 player and I have no idea how to download Damien's on air interviews!
Anyone have any knowledge that might help me?

I have ITunes on my computer? And I wouldnt have a clue, I have a normal MP3 player too no Ipod for me!

DH downloaded the juice podcast server and has been happily sending podcasts to his mp3 player. I downloaded juice and itunes last night and am using both of them on my mp3 player. Send it to your shared folder on your computer and then copy to portable device
