Due to the fact (that was recently brought to our attention), it seems to be that, in actual fact, when D, E or Angela have been online and may have clicked on the link 'View last 20 posts' they may have seen what has been going on in the B'Day threads .... Major  Now they might not have clicked that link, we don't know .... but they still wouldn't have gotten into the actual thread without the password .... now .... what to do ... I'm thinking diabling the last 200 posts link until after he has the gifts or until his birthday, Anythoughts? |

I think it is just a false alarm, Neski - I logged out and logged back in and checked the link and I couldn't see recent posts from the secret threads from that option. Maybe you see them because you are an admin or because you were logged into that area?

I hope you're right Kami - I used my sister's thing instead and I hadn't logged into the B'Day section but still could see.

Neski is there anyway of things that are in the password protected area not showing in the last 20 posts?
Also, when I logged off before (like you mentioned in your pm to me) I was a guest and I could still get in.

Strange... was it the post you made on her account you could see? Maybe people can see their own posts, wherever they are in the forum? I know I checked twice and I couldn't see anything from there.
I was going to make a comment in there so I will log out again after I have, and see if it shows up for me.

OK Test Results ...
As a guest ... you can see the recent posts but password protected is well .. protected .. false alarm.
As A member (used mums computer and sisters account as a guinie pig) ... you can see your own posts as Kami said and no-one elses from the thread ...
Thank heavens too ... Just had a panic attack ... Winter set me off lol.
