Additional Forum Guidelines - PLEASE READ

Dear DLO forum members,
Please acquaint yourselves with some additions to our guidelines, concerning conduct of members towards each other while using this forum:
If you are having a disagreement or an issue with another member, please do not take the argument onto the open forum. We are here primarily to enjoy and discuss the work of Damien, and do not feel a fan forum is an appropriate location for personal disputes or to air grievances. Any personal disagreements taken onto the open forum will be subject to the guidelines, and to possible moderation.
The staff here are always available to assist in any mediation that may be required, and encourage members to contact them swiftly with any concerns that may arise with these issues.
Your personal messages cannot be read by any other member of the forum, including staff members, and therefore cannot be moderated. However, we do ask that members still abide by the forum guidelines when using the personal message system. This requires excluding content that is illegal, offensive, abusive an harrassing.
If you are recieving unwanted Personal Messages, please inform a staff member immediately.
Members can choose to block other members messages should they desire (please refer to FAQ for details), but staff may also exercise the option to block messages to and from your mailbox should they see a need.
These additions can now be found within our regular forum guidelines.
We dont expect all members to get along at all times - one of the things that makes this place great is the wide variety of people and personalities we have here. Differences of opinion and disputes are going to arise, its a fact of life.
What we do ask is that members consider the atmosphere and purpose of our community as a whole before pursuing an argument on this forum. Regardless of our differences, we are all here to enjoy and respect a wonderful performer and artist....when things start to get a little heated or muddied here during our personal interactions, it may be worthwhile to keep this in mind.
