I think it's just NOVA in Sydney. I don't know who is doing the breakfast show for them this week, as Merrick & Rosso are on holidays. I'll be a busy boy tomorrow, listening to both NOVA and MIX FM for Damo.   |

Ack, forgot there was a separate section for these threads...it's just to early, I'd usually be in bed now. I'm on freaking uni holiday now! The things Damien makes me do. A quick cut and paste job: here's what I have to say -
I missed most of the interview because my stupid modem wouldn't connect and my dad wasn't up yet and he's the only one who could fix it; then he told me I'd just plugged a cable in the wrong socket!
I came in just in time to hear an Irish-accented chuckle, which helped me ignore the parents in the background, who think my Damien obsession is a nuisance, heckling me and trying to drown him out!
Grrr, not the best start to the day. Bring on the next interview!
Joke's on my mum - she doesn't particularly like Damien, but she was singing NOML all night in her sleep she says. Damien Leith for World Domination!!! We both had a laugh about his reaction to the host saying couples would be doing 'something' to his song! Yeah....
So, I'll be back at 8:30 - and hopefully more awake by then - to listen to the next interview!
And yes ahtobesure, he is lovely! Charmed my socks off after all the stress of trying to listen to him! Lovely answers to smutty questions - he's definitely not a slease!

Damien's all over Sydney radio this morning. He had a brief interview on VEGA FM, just after 7 AM, then I heard him on NOVA, and soon(8.15 AM, I think), he'll be on MIX 106.5 FM. Damien's NOVA interview: very impressive. The guy is not only a great singer, but he's a really good communicator also. He does the whole interview thing so well, and who can't resist that beautiful Irish accent? Mazda: give him the damn car today! |

I had to drop out of listening to the Nova interview after they played his song (parental duties, hmph) - was he on any more after that? They gave out the phone number to call a few times but I didn't hear anyone call in. Did I miss something there? I was expecting to hear one of you guys on there.
